Room was fine, cleaned well and comfortable climate control and bed. However, lobby men's bathroom had no soap and no paper towels and no air dryer. Annoying.

I had rented a hotel room on a Saturday night for a noise-free environment and the hotel was quite the opposite of what I was expecting. People were very loud and partying at night. I could not even sleep. Besides, there were multiple problems with the hotel room itself: initially I was given the wrong key for the hotel room and had to go back to the receptionist to inform him of the issue; then there was the problem of the TV remote not working and had to call the receptionist again. Also one of the lights was out in my room. This was not all, however. I went to go use the pool and the jacuzzi and the fans had been turned off the whole time and the smell of the chlorine that they put in the pool was very high. I had watery eyes from the chlorine and they had turned the fans off to put out the chlorine smell. This was the first night that we tried to do it and we could barely stay there for ten minutes and then I went and reported it to the receptionist. I was told that somebody had turned off the fans and that was it.

Then the next morning we went to use the pool and jacuzzi again and the issue was the same with the overwhelming smell of chlorine in the pool and jacuzzi. Now I had realized that it wasn't just the fact that last night the fans were off which was why there was so much chlorine smell. It was that they had put way too much chlorine in the pool and the jacuzzi. There were additional problems as well; they gave us dirty and stained towels to use.

There was also a lot of noise in the pool. Ghetto people were there playing rap music, carrying their handy radios with them and blasting out music. It was a very unpleasant experience to say the least, with very lewd people. I also reported this issue to the receptionist with no results. I was only told that they can tell them to turn it down but at the end it will be up to them. So I did not stay long in the pool the second time either and I simply left.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would much rather pay more and have a pleasant experience than go there again.

Very clean room. Friendly staff the guy at check in was very friendly! The room was very quiet and peaceful, and breakfast was awesome. A 10+ experience.

We have stayed there several times now, and would and will stay there anytime in the area. Thank you Steve and crew for having a to notch place!

I forgot how much fun we used to have going there to swim when we were in highschool still. Those were good times.

Don't go through Expedia! Call hotel directly especially for weekly rates only $499.94. Easy check in the staff is all professional rooms clean the cleaning staff are great especially Joann and Selina. Their pool and hot tub are nice however some people act like it's their own personal Bathtub. I try to respect others time and not stay in for hours at at time. Overall the staff make you feel at home! Would definitely recommend.

This hotel charged my credit card without checking for an ID. I was not the person that made the reservation. Then, they weren't willing to work with me to resolve the issue AND charged my card again! Never again.

It's just like a typical hotel. Nice rooms. It's clean and cared for. The pool area is big & offers a lot of fun for the kiddos. The staff is helpful and kind.

Loved their manager on duty, best desk person of a hotel.friendly and helpful.room was big and comfortable.had wide variety of breakfast even during pandemic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also used the fitness center while I was staying there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quiet and wooded area was nice. Good pool and jacuzzi! We will go back again. Breakfast was ok. Rugs are new.

Great experience overall. Friendly staff, good breakfast (sausage, eggs, yogurt, pancakes, etc.), clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely will be coming back.

I will never return I wouldn't even let a dog eat there nor sleep! A snake near pool enterance do they even clean the pool just horrible

The staff is very friendly. And the entire place is clean including the rooms. Breakfast was nice. I would stay here again.

I simply loved it here. My room was so cozy and clean, the staff were nice, I enjoyed the free breakfast, but most of all the jacuzzi was phenomenal. I got to be in the whole pool area by myself. So peaceful. Oh yeah and the private toilet and bath is good for if you're sharing your room. But unfortunately I'm single.

Nice, clean rooms, very comfy chair with an ottoman, and separate sink from bathroom.

We love staying at this hotel for its proximity to Newport. The staff is always so welcoming and the hotel is always very clean. We were a little disappointed with the quality of breakfast and the bed this year, but that has not been the case in past years at all. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of cold and hot items to choose and was located near stores, diner, highway, etc.

What stands out for me at this hotel was the staff. Very pleasant and ready to accommodate your needs. Loved the young man at the front desk.he started our stay with a smile.thank you Jeff!

For a 2 star hotel, it certainly offers the same as any 3 star I have ever been to! Nice decor, very clean. Rooms were spacious and I love the size of the fridge and the fact that there was even a microwave! Far exceeded my expectations of a 2 star hotel. Will absolutely return!
