Clean, nice rooms, quiet, staff was lacking in knowledge and no elevator but reasonable accommodations.

THIS Hotel is one of the finest I have stayed at. The place really look great and the service is outstanding.

I have been using this BW 2-4 times per year for at least the last 10 years. While always extremely happy with the motel it is obvious that they are upgrading with new carpets and furnishings and additional staff.

Decent place, friendly accommodating staff! They are doing some renovating at the moment so they're down a few rooms. Was nice to have the pool and jacuzzi indoors considering it rained a majority of the time.

I found a black thong under the sheets on one bed and on the other bed I found 5 bugs. The pool was freezing cold. I was very unhappy.

Carmen the supervisor was very rude and seemed to think herself much more than she was. If I were asked to reccomend a hotel in the area I would suggest getting back on the highway to exit 7 because although the places there are higher priced its worth it.they had no breakfast staff, so the stations had no food, and front desk staff had to leave check ins for that, key cards kept needing to be redone, one of the stairways was blocked off, and there is no elevator.going there is just a bad idea

Front desk is staff is always warm & welcoming. Rooms have been updated and bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Housekeeping was quite while working. Very nice hotel with excellent service at a great price!

We chose this hotel mostly for the pool & hot tub. Hot tub was cold and you couldn't get towels without waiting in long line in lobby. Our bathroom didnt have enough towels or supplies. Breakfast had few options some of which were unavailable. Will not stay here again.

The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Rooms are a little stuffy, but after keeping the air on it gets better.

Rooms were exceptional. The beds were extra comfy. Plenty of tv channels to choose from. The rooms were spotless and clean. Breakfast is included and has a nice selection. Will definitely come back.

Small hotel. Clean room. Has breakfast, selection is not that great and area to eat is small. Good location to 95.
