We spoke with Annette about getting a new mattress. She was extremely helpful and worked with us to upgrade our bed to something both affordable and comfortable! My fiancée and I left extremely happy!

WHEN YOU CALL THE PHONE NUMBER IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE, IT JUST BRINGS YOU IN LOOPS AROUND MENUS.

THANKS FOR CALLING MY SALES CALL CENTER > PRESS 1 OR 2 > LOOPS YOU BACK TO STORE WHICH LOOPS YOU BACK TO CALL CENTER.

I was waiting for a loveseat to be delivered between 11: 15-2: 15. Nothing. At 2: 30 I received a text message stating they will be here by 3: 00. I never heard anything again. At 5: 00 I called and cancelled my whole order. After I cancelled, the delivery showed up at 6.4 hours late. Bob's didn't care. I never heard a word from them apologizing. I will never shop there again nor will I recommend them.

Wish I could give this place negative stars. I wouldn’t even take their furniture for free at this point. I have never been treated so horribly. I spent over $3,000 with this company to keep having back orders pushed out further. I understand sometimes that can’t be controlled, however I was scheduled today for delivery received multiple reminders yesterday and this morning.window was 12-3

At 11: 45 I got a text that they would be there in 12 minutes.my husband rushed home and waited hour later get a text saying a 30 minutes now a total of 2 hours has gone by and I check the tracker and it states they are on stop 12 I was 10. I called customer service which is impossible to talk to a human by the way.to be told oh yeah they had to reschedule there a hook missing from the bed frame. Would have been nice to have been notified or have gotten the rest of my pieces!

My husband took the day out.we paid a sitter and no one could care. I went into store to cancel cause they can’t with customer service and no one even cared about the situation. Couldn’t even get a simple sorry.

Will never do business again. Went down the street to a competitor was treated with respect and will have my full order Sunday!

Amazing furniture, quality and decoration, friendly and welcoming staff. Tatiana was so helpful and kind with my family, she did communicate with them very well (they are deaf) and we all felt welcomed and left knowing that we'll receive a gorgeous bedroom set on time. Thank you so much for your service and of course we will buy all our furniture in Bob's.

I enjoyed that I was greeted, but then left to look in peace. When I was ready to ask questions the saleswomen magically appeared.

Bob's is everywhere have been told" they aint to old very bold to save us money" delivery is equally shared by others only difference is the people representing Bob's Stores. Thanks for the respect and info today from D.

Trish was so so so helpful! I was having the hardest time choosing a couch and she was so great at checking in and answering questions, but also giving me my own space to decide. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to choose at all that was lovely. Highly highly recommend hunting her down if you find yourself at Bob’s! She even called to squeeze me into an earlier delivery spot that opened up last minute!

Very disappointed in Bob’s Furniture. We purchased a recliner for my mom for Christmas. I had called and asked them to make sure they called my cell number and not her home, but that was not done and they ruined her surprise. My compensation is a gift card for a future purchase. It should be compensated on this purchase. Not happy at all!

Debbie in the cafe was great with all the snacks and goodies, such great energy!

Alicia Giem our sales person was super helpful! Answered all our questions quickly and I never felt “pressured to buy” which allowed me to really enjoy my shopping experience. I’ve visited bobs a few times before and this time I left with my new console loveseat purchased! Can’t wait for it to be delivered!

Diane was very helpful. I came into the store with a certain piece of furniture in mind but the item wasn’t going to be available for almost a month. So Diane helped me find an even better selection that was in stock and ready to be delivered on the exact day that I needed it. She gave me her opinion and it made all the difference.

Very pleased with our mattress purchase at Bob’s. Our sales person, Steve Turek, was knowledgeable and professional. Also, he was not a “high pressure” guy, which was very much appreciated. Will recommend Bob’s and Steve to family and friends.

Was very pleased with my salesman. He wasnt pushy or trying to make a sale. He helped me find what I was looking for and explained my financing options. Very pleased with my choices.

I had a good purchase experience at Bob’s Furniture on Bald Hill Road today. Tina, our sales woman, was very friendly and helpful. The store manager came over and chatted with us, even gave our girls (after asking my permission which I found very respectful) key chains. I also noticed that the store was neat and tidy. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we have to wait almost 2 months for our purchase to be delivered.
