I enjoyed my visit to Bob’s Store. There was a wide variety of the item we were looking for which help us quickly find the item that was right for us. Tricia was easy to talk to and she didn’t hard sell us. I look forward to shopping at Bob’s Store in the future.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in retail. Absolutely inept. Unhelpful. Inconsiderate. Will never shop here again and would warn others against doing so.

Annette was absolutely amazing. She introduced herself and gave us a little run through of what was available and then left us alone to ponder and wander about the store which was refreshing. As soon as we needed her, she was available and put my mind at ease in our decision and gave me some financial advising which was even better. Highly recommend keeping an eye out for her! Needed an adjustable twin bed for my wife who is being discharged after a long illness. Sales staff was helpful and got it delivered in a very timely manner.

Great finds & deals especially in the back room but check before you buy. Check how things are made and consider how they'll withstand everyday heavy use based on how your family uses them.

Was looking for a recliner. They were very helpful with me choosing the one I need. Very good customer service. Someone came up to me as soon as I walked through the door, asking me if i need help with anything.

We came in looking for a very specific sectional and were warmly greeted by Diane. She walked the store with us showing us different options while not being pushy. We went to another furniture store and came back for the playscape. The Bobs cafe area was very helpful, I was able to feed my newborn and have a complimentary coffee. We are excited to receive our new sectional!

Our experience at Bob’s was wonderful! Our saleswoman was very helpful, friendly, and super professional. She let us take our time to look, and helped us get everything we needed. Never pushy, very relaxing experience. Also, not that it matters, but I LOVED her hair, and she gave me her hair stylist’s card, which I thought was very sweet.

Tatiana was the perfect salesperson, greeted us upon entering store, and allowing us to look around without having a pushy salesperson in our shadow. When we had a question, she had an answer, if she didn’t she got the answer. Explained the insurance and what it covered and assisted in choosing a delivery day.

I will always come to Bob's, nice quality furniture at excellent price's and the customer service is even better. Thank you Tatiana for your help!
