Absolutely the finest experience I have ever had. A man of his word is Bruce Capolla. Do not ever see anyone else. I am so happy we met this kind and generous man.
Atrocious customer service. Apparently their main office is in Florida, and the calls get routed there. Then you are on hold and get bounced around and they drop your call. They screwed up registering my vehicle in Mass. I was driving my new car in Massachusetts, uninsured w/ a R. I.inspection sticker, for almost 2 weeks before it got straightened out. I had to do a conference call w/ my insurance agent and their manager so the agent could teach them what they need to register a car in Mass. Never again.
We just leased a beautiful new Toyota. Bruce was the best! He was helpful and patient! I would recommend him and Grieco Toyota to anyone. Thanks again!

Had a worst experience visiting this dealer. The way that manager talked was irritating and worst way of treating customers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EVER EXPERIENCED.

When i tried to negotiate the price, he asked me to go get a car from junk near pawtucket.
The manager stereotypes the customer based on race and language.
22000$ is not a small amount to earn. It's someones half year earning.customer has every right to negotiate for his hard earned money.
He has no right to disrespect customers ok Iike this.
Over 15 % of usa population are immigrants.respect others and expect the same.
Horrible experience. Was offered a refund on a vehicle and it took 6 people to get the refund. I waited 20 minutes while employees just passed this issue on to the next person and the employee who eventually carried out the refund transaction didn’t know how to use the new software. Eventually got my money, but while waiting noticed numerous employees and customers not wearing a mask and socializing with others. It is clear the management at this company does not value its employees or customers by NOT enforcing the STATEWIDE MANDATORY MASK MANDATE. For these reasons I will not ever be returning to this location and telling others to avoid this location.
Absolutely horrible manager. Would never recommend. If you know even a little bit about cars and deals and talk to her about it, she puts you right down by saying she knows what she is doing. Worst experience ever! The salesmen are the best but I would never go back because of the manager!
Btw I waited to write my review because I wanted to ask a few of friends who had been there and all of them had the same experience! If you have any dignity then don’t go there.
Katie-Lyn is amazing. She helps out at the dealership, I don't know why she does not sell cars. She treats people like royalty and goes out of her way in anyway she can. Also, the GM Matt Sousa is great to deal with. Most GM's don't even take the time to speak with you. Everyone at this dealership cares for their customers and offers TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. My sales rep Tavares was also great as usual. I can't say enough about Greico Toyota or the staff there. This is my 2nd car purchase and I referred my sister and she also had a great experience. It is funny when all other dealerships have no customers, they had 8 or more. That really tells you something about the staff! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE, YOU SHOULD TRAIN OTHER DEALERSHIPS ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!
I have been at home sick and reached out to this dealership and others to help me do a remote transaction. This dealership strung
Me along continually saying they were working things out and asked for additional information. I gave them what they needed and then they stopped communicating. I begged for just a message or call back and nothing. I have good credit and plenty to put down and was treated 2nd rate. Their telemarketing division continued to harass me but sales just dropped the ball. I sent a frustrated message and they just responded that the vehicle we were currently working numbers on was sold. I am shocked at the lack of effort they put in and hold themselves out there as a dealership that does the curbside delivery etc.incompetence and lack of effort. It was the truck I wanted and because of someone’s lack of follow up I miss out. Thanks for the empty promises and wasting my time!

Thought I was getting an oil change. When I got there I was told I didn't need one for another 5000 miles. Instead the offered to check out my car for $29.95. When I protested they did it for free. Otherwise I would have left and not gone back.
Writing about my wonderful car purchase experience at Grieco Toyota this week. Bought a near mint-low mileage used 2017 Camry. Salesman Tex lived up to his name by offering a square deal and Texas-size courtesy with comprehensive knowledge of his vehicle stock and a no-pressure approach to sales. Grieco Dealership left a great impression on me.one pleased customer!
Just finalized my deal this afternoon. After a few tries and hard work from the great people at Grieco Toyota. Thanks to Matt Sousa, Sandy Szumita and my Salesman Saul Nieves! They are the best Toyota dealership I’ve ever stepped foot in. They really know how to treat there customers and Veterans.
They suck. I asked to have the temperature and Direction display replaced. I was told that it would be over $1,200 because the computer system needed to be fixed. This was "recommended" by the service desk person. I replaced the part for $123.99 and all it took was One screwed being removed from the truck.
Would like to share my recently experience with Grieco Toyota on my recently purchased 2018 Camry.few years ago I started buying Toyotas and since day 1 my sales person has been Oudom Sengpraseuth.excellent work ethic, very knowledgeable with Toyota cars and the process.
