My mum surprised me with a graduation gift. She actually went in for a car and told me I could get one at no down payment. As a student I never believed it will work. But our sales consultant Omar was unbelievable. He made it happen. No pressure on our family buying more than one car. Grieco made it happen. Thank you Grieco. Awesome people, my sales consultant Omar is the best of the best. No pressure, no pushing a car on you. Gave him my 3 options and he worked wonders. Went in for one car and ended up buying 3 because of the package put together. Too good to be true. Grieco Toyota proved to me they are the best and gives you first class treatment regardless of who you are. I am spreading the word. Thank you.

BEST GRECO LOCATION! Now they need to make a grieco subaru across the street! There gunna run East providence! I just dont like they knocked down 2 beautiful houses on north country st for literally 5 parking spots.and there knocking down a 2 family which i think is stupid.

Went for an oil change on my car that I have leased from there. I have to say I don't usually like dealing with car dealers.but this one may have changed my mind! Every one was very professional and accomodating.from the guy that I asked where to park all the way to the guy that handed me back my keys!

Omar Karin, the salesman and Suzanne, the finance manager pulled a miracle that only seasoned personnel could have attained. Great work guys. The whole process was seamless and each of the transaction was by no means a great deal to myself and the rest, thank you for turning a bad experience around. My girlfriend was interested in a new Camry so she contacted Greico through and online app. They got back to her the next day. She told the salesperson what she was looking for and never heard from them again. Nothing! They could care less about potential customers.

We had everything worked out in writing for the purchase of a vehicle here, and assurances that the Kelly Blue Book value would be used for the trade-in. However, when we arrived from well out of state, They reduced the trade-in value by over $1000 for so-called "reconditioning" costs which are already part of the KBB value. When I tried to contact the owner, I spoke with a general manger who was saying that I would need to register the car with the dealership and the cost of the document fees would be raised to $843, well over the mean of doc fees typically charged in the region, and they might not get the registration done in time. Also, the saleswomen that I had worked with insulted my daughter twice during our visit to the dealership.

While traveling to Providence, we lost one of our Toyota Camry's keys INSIDE the car. This meant we couldn't lock it. My husband, my daughter and son-in-law, and two grandchildren had no luck locating that small black plastic rectangle. At our wit's end, we drove to Grieco Toyota. James and Bob initiated a search, and in a little over 5 minutes, they found the key. No charge! Please note that everyone we came in contact with at Grieco Toyota was pleasant, courteous and kind. Thank you Grieco Toyota, James and Bob.

Tip of my hat to Jack Dalomba, Service Manager. He was very understanding on an issue with a duplicate key that was my fault. Rather than charging me for my error, he absorbed the cost. It's the little things that matter. My recent purchase of a RAV4 was my first at GRIECO, but it won's be my last!

Had a good experience buying a new 2018 Tacoma here. It's a smaller Toyota dealership, the staff are friendly and there really is little to no pressure. My salesman Tex is such a nice guy and understood what I was looking for. The sales manager Ray wasn't the pushy manager you might come to expect from dealerships and he was genuinely interested in making it a smooth experience getting into the truck I wanted. Also, Sandy in financial saved me so much in interest and worked hard to get the deal through. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be recommending you to friends and family. I hope service ends up as good as your floor staff!

EDIT 3/16/18: Just went in for my first service on the truck which ended up with an oil change as well as tire rotation. The staff was excellent, friendly, and fast. I was gone in an hour or so. Very pleased with everything here thus far.
