21(Update the dm was very helpful in addressing my concerns immediately after seeing our review we were contacted and had my husband’s car checked out the next day) When I Say this place is a scam do not come. To start off they were SO unprofessional my husband and I enter the store the guy sitting at the register said we had to speak to the manager, after letting him know we made an appointment. Our appointment was at 10am btw. He does not tell us who the manager is or get the manager for us. All that was supposed to be done was the 2 Back tires. 1 which gave out on us. We come back 3 hours later and the tires still were not put on the car. He insisted the Front tires needed to be changed as well. Which at the moment we could not do. But there was no reason why he had to wait 3 hours to put the back tires on the car to begin with. Very strange. The next day my husband comes back to the car after work and BOTH the front tires gave out. There is no way in HELL that is a coincidence we will have the tires looked at and take legal action if necessary. DO NOT COME HERE! The picture below is of our car not even a full 24 hours after leaving the establishment.
Came in for an oil change by appointment, they gave me an estimate of an hour due to some backlog and they finished right at the estimated time, no issues found afterwards, good job overall
I went for a inspection on my truck and I was in and out in no time. Plus everyone was super friendly and had great attitudes.
Got two new tires from them they had excellent service and did excellent work! Highly recommend
Alyssa and Gersham are the best. My parents needed the Rhode Island Safety & Emissions Inspection done on their Jeep. Alyssa was able to get me in around all of our crazy schedules. Gersham had a couple of quick questions for me because it was obvious that it doesnt get driven much, but gave the vehicle a clean bill of health. Awesome team!
They did not do the testing requested of them. They then tried to say I had multiple problems with my vehicle that had just been fixed the month prior and weren’t even shown pics of. They said I had an exhaust leak… That a muffler shop fixed that morning, with zero leak. And double checked to be safe… No leak!
They told me my tires were to low to pass state inspection (another mechanic confirmed they were above state standards). After advising on the bad tires, they rushed to tell me they had a buy 3, get one free tire sale Hong on. They’d be happy to give me some options.
I made a web appointment, showed up and they told me they couldn't take me for my appointment- BUT - when I rescheduled, the service was good and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. It seems like they aren't well versed with their own online system and short staffed on top of that. The job they did to replace my 4 tires seems high quality.
Francois the service manager is the best. He’s a honest and genuine person that always looks out for your best interest. He always reviews all of the options and explains the issues in greater detail.
NEVER coming here again, waited 4.5 to 5 hours for a simple tire repair. They said it may take “a little” longer than usual, but this is not “a little. ” Don’t charge me, but they also lost the cap for the tire valve and filled the tire WAY above the others.
I took my truck in for a four wheel alignment. Approx. 15 minutes after I dropped it off, I got a text showing someone holding a quarter in the threads of each tire and stating that the tires had some wear. Interesting because I had a flat on May 28th, all 4 tires replaced on May 29th, vehicle sat in driveway May 30th and I left for Florida May 31st. Vehicle had been driven less than 50 miles since the 4 tires were put on. I returned June 4th and appointment was June 5th. With that being said upon dropping the truck off I stressed to make sure the steering wheel was straight upon completion of alignment. Technician informed me that he "thought" a lower control arm may be bad, but it was close and vehicle drove straight. I get on Rt 2 and low and behold when the steering wheel is straight the vehicle goes left. I was skeptical of having it done there so now I will have to send it to another place to be done correctly. Becareful of being scammed!
People who work here don't care.they don't attend your appointments on time and don't open shop on time.sitting here from 8 am. Really mismanaged
This place is a rip off they said my needs front brake pads and rotors $640.00 & 4 tires I had 2nd opinion there's nothing wrong with my car
So I took my truck in because I stripped a bolt on my brake caliper replacing my pads. I Was hoping they'd install a new one or atleast rethread the caliper. E abuse my truck grinds and squeals the entire time the truck is in motion. Noooo.they say they can't find anything wrong with my truck. I would tell them but when they can't even tell my brakes are messed up, I don't want them under my hood at all.
Edit* They've messaged wanting to get to the bottom of things. I sent my review on their site only to have it say there is no record of me being there now. How convenient. Even though nearly a month after I visited they are texting me saying my truck is ready to be picked up. (It's not been there for awhile)
This was a decent place for minor services and good retail supplies. Now it is a low end tire center with dirty feel. Left car for 7 HOURS just to fix a flat. I picked up car and cancelled just as they were pulling it in. Lied twice with excuses. Such a pity.used to be fun to browse while waiting. What happened to this chain?
Took really long to patch/ change a tire when I picked up my car the technician never change the flat tire sensor off and it’s still been on
I am very unhappy with the survives I have seen with them will not recommend to anyone and will never be going back to them ever again
Worst experience I ever had getting a new tire. It took 4 hours of waiting- even with an appointment- to get a new tire that they had in stock put on my car.
I ordered a tire for my trailer. Was told it would be in within a day. 5 days later still no phone call, so I decided to call them and they verify that the tire is in. I travel to the store the next day and no one can find the tire. Incredibly understaffed like everywhere else, But wasteful and super frustrating experience nonetheless.
Good experience overall. Car was shaking at braking so I Need it 4 new tires and used advantage of buy 3 and get one free tire offer. Unexpensive alignment tire as well. Problem was fixed. Couldn’t be happier.
Came in for two new tires. Paid $410 to leave with a more damaged tire. Came back and was lied to about wait time. They then damaged my hubcaps and hesitantly gave me. $27 refund.
