We had a flat tire and 2 lugs were broken. Pep Boys was the only shop that was able to service our car right away. There was no other station in the area that could help us out. The technician at Pep Boys showed me that I also had another issue and offered to include the additional work if I want it. They were very knowledgeable and professional.
