They sold me a floor model I didn’t see it til I already paid for it and they brang it to my car. It was dirty and had rips in it. When I noticed the sales associate said its the bottom its not like you can see it. They brang it out to my car in the rain with no plastic or cover over it. Im so mad at myself for not returning it. No one greeted us at the door. No one stopped to help us. We had to approach the female at the register to help us.
Having never been to Raymour and Flanigan we were greeted by sales agent Jeremy Pierce who explained details on a few mattresses. Jeremy was professional, courteous and answered all questions we had. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, layout, and the way the showroom was set up. Hope our Caspar Mattress works out looking forward to future business with Jeremy and Raymour and Flanigan. Jeremy was a perfect and patient salesman and very low pressure, which we appreciate. We must have done 20 laps and he waited for our exacting tastes and was ready with recommendations. Very knowledgeable and had all the answers we needed to make an informed decision. Awesome customer service experience and we will be back for any future furniture needs. The manager Carrie also assisted us and went out of her way to get the best possible outcome for us.

Purchased a brand new sectional in this past month and the sectional was delivered in pieces and not put together. Been chasing Customer Service and store manager for close to a month with no resolution. We’ve been told three different stories by three different people responsible for the final sale. Would highly recommend you going somewhere else. To call them incompetent and lacking of basic skills to complete their jobs would be a complement.

They somehow couldn't manage to finance us and were a little rude about it, so we went down the road to Cardi's and fully furnished our new home. They lost $11,000 in sales
The person that helped me, Sylvie, was someone who has helped me in the past, several years ago, to buy a gorgeous bedroom set.she's incredibly knowledgeable and I was thrilled she was there when I went back. It's really terrific when a store actually has truly knowledgeable sales people. Look for her when you go there she's awesome
Went in for a mattress, staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Bruce was great, would absolutely recommend seeing him if your in the market.
Eh, I've had better experiences elsewhere. Overpriced! And my orders got all messed up on day of delivery. Forgot to give me two items that I had purchased, had to go back to the store to straighten it out. Pain in the ass
I have bought quite a few pieces of furniture at this location and have found the staff and the quality of the merchandise to be excellent.
Our showroom concierge was great.our couches were delivered yesterday by two awesome delivery technicians. Now I’m seeing tv commercials saying couches 1/2 price! That doesn’t help me now I certainly would have waited another week. We’ve spent quite a bit of money in your Warwick store recently and a heads up would have been appreciated!

What a great place. We had just come off of a long shift at work and needed to get a basic piece of furniture in order to get some good sleep.
The piece was listed as being on sale, and when we were there, they said they might have it in stock. They didn't, but had something similar available. They offered what they had on stock for a really good price and we were able to get a good night's rest!
Thanks to Mrs. O'Rourke and Mr. Terenzi for their service, and everyone else who was a part of such a quick, restful transaction. We will be back to give them some more of our money!
