24I bought a mattress with a base, a new couch and a dining room set all with the help of Kurtis. He is incredible at staying within budget and finding your style. He is truly an asset to this company.
I had a hard time with the Raymour & Flanigan in warwick. The store associates were very nice but the when they delivered to my house, the delivery crew was very rude. They messed up my order and when I got it replaced, the delivery crew gave me a hard time assembling it! The replacement order was super fast and convenient but men delivering the furniture were not personable at all. I will come back here as a last resort.
Didnt purchase amything, just broswed. The sales people weren't pushy. When I told them I wanted time alone to look around, they left me be. They answered any questions I had. Didn't find what I was looking for, but will look in a few months from now to see if they have anything new.
I ordered furniture online on 10/30, and they told me it would take 2 weeks to come in. When it came in, the bed set was missing half the pieces. They told me they would get it at the warehouse and come back in a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received a call or update about my order. When I called, they said they would come November 30th and then they never came. I asked for a sales manager to call me and no one has. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had and it's absolutely ridiculous that I have been waiting for over a month and I had to call them! I'm about to cancel my order and I highly encourage you to look elsewhere, they don't care about their customers.
