Stop & Shop, Warwick RI

Barely anything i needed in stock. Store has a funky smell. Wanna smell fresh bread or cookies when walking in. Doors to refrigerator items broken. Produce was wilted and turning brown. Definitely not a place for fresh food.

Like the large selection, & sales! Hate the Robot that follows, And New Checkout system SUX! Doing away with people, replacing them with computers- EVIL

Terrible! 6 people in line to check out and only 1 cashier. Workers were hanging around the refund desk. Open a register when the lines get long.

Entirely too expensive! Every $20 I spend in stop and shop, for the same exact items, I spend $15 in walmart.the only reason I went there is because it's so close. But I'm done going there I'm going to go to Walmart and buy in bulk. I hate stop and shop

Kim in customer service is AMAZING.she handled my Western Union isssue spectacularly.
She clearly knows the ins and outs of the system

Cant see behind the scenes. But from what i can see the store is allways clean.employees are real nice and i allways find what i need.

It's getting better. In the midst of the pandemic it was difficult to shop here, but we were all learning how to deal with the new regulations. They do a good job of enforcing social distancing and sanitation.

As a native Rhode Islander I have been subject to Stop & Shop thinking that they have a monopoly over my business for many years, 5 years ago I started shopping at P r I c e RITE I save an average of $25 per week. Stop & Shop is always overpriced and of all the local supermarkets did the worst during the pandemic in terms of the way their suppliers supplied them.

This store is absolutely clean, even the parking lot. All refrigerator item are behind glass which I like so people can't breathe all over everything. The staff is very polite I was greeted with a " good morning "

I needed to send money. My bank has a branch here and the place to wire money is right next to the bank.
How convenient is that!

Rhonda is always a breath of fresh air, it's always good to see someone that dedicated to her job

I never liked stop and shop. Poor customer service! Nobody helps you in the aisles. Mostly high prices, overpriced! I don't like the atmosphere in this place! Uncomfortable.would not recommend it.

Never have what I'm looking for. Seems they are stocking mostly their brands and removing name brands on purpose

Nice clean store, great produce and seafood secti ok n as well as a bakery. Good sales and fast checkout.

Love going to stop and shop for numerous reasons. There's a great mix of value.both more expensive items as well as more frugal buys. Also, nice selection of sugar free candy, which is not all that easy to come by, THANKS S&S

Bought roses for my gf for our 2 year anniversary and because we had just found out our baby is going to be a girl. The florist had gone home for the day. I went to customer service to ask for help. One of the girls not only helped me, but also rewrapped the flowers to make them look 10 times better! I'm happy and my gf loved them (which was most important to me).

The lady that helped me in the florist section this morning was a great help! My son, his choir teacher, and the young ladies my son sang with were over the moon with their flowers! Thank you again!

Only two registers open 10 am on a Saturday morning what great customer service and the meat department never has sale items maked correctly and said it will ring up the sale price and it doesn't then make me feel like I'm bothering him to price it correctly

I as a consumer I see how everything is going hi/tech.seems more selfcheck then cashier's. I am older and like to go the old fashion way with a cashier. Its more then courtesy and the pleasantries it's a job, for citizens and our most precious handicap.thanks stop and shop for helping the community

If this location had the same vegan supplies that most of the other stores had I would have given 5 stars. I always forget until I get there that their selection is not as vast and get annoyed but make due
