Stop & Shop, Warwick RI

Asked customer service for help in the florist section. She then called an announcement out and I waited for 20 minutes until finally a store manager came over to help me. She wasn’t apart of the floral section, so she didn’t know what she was doing and overall it was very poor service. Now I have to go back when an actual florist is there to make sure that the manager did the write thing and ordered exactly what. I needed

It amazes me how bad this store is managed and how they prioritize grid hours over customer service everyday of the week. I just went in the day before Easter and noticed that they had only 3 registers open and long lines and a packed store. I look up to see managers in the corners talking amonst each other and checking their hair in the mirror. Everyone I know thinks they have just given up. Please Stop and Shop when doing your schedule please try and do some forecasting. Even common sense would tell you that the day before holidays will be busy.

Stop and shop is a great place to shop. Especially when u need a certain variety of a food. That's what they strive for, having the most variety. Their alittle on the expensive side seeing their eggs are 1.99 for 12 and I can get them for $0.64 at Walmart. And Walmart eggs are just as good I have to say that stop & Shop's hamburger has been Gray and rotten.

It seems everything is price higher then other stores and after spending $200 not even a carriage full i had to bag my own groceries what happened to baggers? Stop being greedy and hire some bagger or i will not be stopping and shopping. How about price matching some of your competitors.

Great customer service by a young man assigned to produce at Medow Brook Plaza. The gentlemen was able to answer all my questions and read my wife's list. A happy wife is a happy ife. The Gentlemen's name was Frank

One of the cleanest stop & shops in rhode island decent customer Service.the workers could afford to be more friendly and smile a little more. Great sales fresh food and good smelling environment

Not the best lighting. Coventry is much better! They do have more distilled water for my coffee maker where Coventry was only left with the damaged jugs.

Sarah at the Citizens branch is amazing, great customer service, friendly efficient and very helpful.

The Self Checkout performs audits randomly. The operative word in that phrase is randomly. Also I highly doubt that an associate would grab hold of you in any way.

It has always been great, with the exception of one bagger. I find them more helpful and willing to help, especially in the produce department.

This is the third time I have gotten home and noticed the underside of my steak is bad. There is no quality control here and they sell expired things all the time

My store, where I can always find what I need. The staff there have helped me in many ways. I shop there weekly.

Looks like someone tore through the vegetable section, but young man got me some kale that didn't look sat on from the back.thank you!

This is my local go-to grocery store and I really like the selection but there never seems to be enough registers open. Case in point- Saturday morning- 11am and only 2 lanes open? Did everyone call out?

Sale items come with ridiculous stipulations about having to buy an amount of other items you don't use
Also on the last day of sales they remove sales tags hours before its over, leaving you wondering where they all are
You also need to wonder how long their seafood has been around seeing you can smell it half way up the isle

I shop here frequently and the items that I need are always in stock. They have a great selection of produce from apples to ginger root. The lines move quickly, they have self-checkout, a super floral shop, convenient pharmacy and a great bakery. It's a bit expensive, but they have great sales.
