Brought the vehicle in for check engine, tpms, ambient temperature, 4x4 stopped working, radiator pressure check and automatic start wasn't working. After speaking with the representative and mechanics everything is straightened out now and the vehicle is performing to specification again. Some photos are before the work, others are after the work, the challenger was given as a rental.

Went In for a new key for my ram (they were cheaper then anywhere in RI) and they went above an beyond and also completed all my recalls without even knowing about them or asking! Kayla is the best service advisor o have ever worked with!

I had visited another dealership to purchase a wrangler On Friday March 12, an hr before the rep from the previous dealership was supposed to meet me Ashley reached out to check in, but explained about my experience and she put me in touch with Steve who told me to come in on Saturday to speak with him, I went in on Saturday and met Dave who made a 25 year dream come true! With the help of Al and Rusty I left with my new Jeep!

Drove from Connecticut to test drive a truck, told the salesman YES and faxed over a letter and a copy of the check. The salesman would not return emails or call. Shop elsewhere and save your time. Poor communications

I had a very complicated situation. I was closing on a house soon and with my current lease with Tasca it was affecting my Debt to Income ratio for closing with the my home lender for my new house. I let the great men and women at Tasca specifically Jay know about my dilemma, and they were able to help me trade in my lease for another lease that gave me lower monthly payments and improved my Debt to income ratio so I could close on my house! I got a great lease and a new house because of Tasca, Great Dealership!

If I could I would leave zero stars dont get your car fixed here left my vehicle here for one week kept calling back. They were lieing to me that the vehicle was going to get fixed in two days then went up to three now a week and guess what they ordered a part. That had nothing to do with the issue couldnt get my car to turn on. They start guessing the issues here they have no idea what they are doing. Its enough and on top of that they are charging me for a job they didnt even conplete correctly. I am towing my vehicle to a different dealership dont go here at all!

I had a great experience my appointment was for 730am for an state inspection and I was out by 755am. Granted this was on a two year old truck so I expected it to be fast, I did make the service clerk aware that I needed to be out ASAP before hand so I guess she took care of it. That is the kind of service that makes customers return! Thank you

Dave Veracruz was so nice he got me the deal I wanted right away he was so friendly to our family he did what he promised also the service crew is amazing the girls there help u out with anything u need they make u feel welcome not like the other dodge dealer I was going to

Excellent expert service. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jose Burgos! I bought my car new in 2013 at the now closed Fiat dealership that used to be across the street from Tasca and I have always had it serviced at the dealership since day one. I feel better knowing that they have trained Fiat specialists to take care of my little Fiat 500 that I love so much. Thank you for always helping me keep my car is tip top shape!

Fraudulent be careful when you guys buying car there! I just bought a car in that place two weeks ago I traded in my BMW and got a Tundra they never register my Tundra and then haven’t payoff my BMW. They said they can’t help me because they changed owners but still working the same people, the only thing that changed was the name! Wow how you guys do that to the costumers, I wouldn’t never expect that from dealership like this one

Service Advisor Brent Mattson got my 2014 Jeep Grand Charokee in and out of service in 24 hours after it broke down due to a faulty altenator, leaving me stranded. Closer Jeep dealers told me it would take weeks to be repaired. I purchased it from Tasca and because of their professionalism and service, I will stay with Tasca.

My salesman, Brennan Dailey was incredibly professional and courteous. The experience was low pressure and quick. The sales manager John and general sales manager Steve made sure I knew I was getting the best deal. Absolutely recommend doing business here.

I recently leased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited! Working with Anthony Ferriera was a breeze. I went into the dealership knowing the exact car that I was interested in and left an hour later with my dream car. He helped me navigate through all the functions of the car and contacted me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I am completely satisfied with my first car purchase. I will be recommending all of my family and friends to Tasca for all of their car purchases!

Service was awful, the people there were all rude and were not helpful at all. All because the lot was sold to another company. The salesperson that spoke to my father and I was quick to tell us no. What made the experience worse was the fact that I called to see if the car was sold or put on hold to be sure that he just didn’t know and they hung up on me in the most immature way possible. Never going back to this dealership again.

Tasca Jeep was by far the best car dealership I’ve been too. They made everything as quick and easy as possible, everyone from sales to finance was great! My sales consultant, Anthony Ferriera was amazing. He was extremely helpful and on top of things throughout the entire sale and even after to make sure all was well with the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and Anthony to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I was able to get a fair deal on a 2018 Ram. Im not an easy customer to deal with but Salesman Danny, manager Justin and Jess in finance were able to put a deal together that I was happy with.

I just called today and the service lady squeezed us in for an oil change even though they are all booked up. I truly appreciate it and commend her on her professionalism and her ability to accommodate us on such short notice.
