Dealer is now Tasca. I came in to check out an Abarth 124 and David Duarte was great to deal. He wasn't over your shoulder like most dealers are and I was not tried to be pushed into a random deal when i was just looking at my options for a car, more salesman should really learn to act this way. I'll definitely be back when I decide.

We were there for 15 or 20 minutes and nobody came out to see if they could help us. We went across the street to Hurd and bought a car there! Big mistake, Big!

I have been a very busy mom and also grandmother and after working 40 plus hours a week and having all these sales people calling me I listened to her voicemail and her voice was so genuine I had to call her back. From there she walked me through the whole car buying process and gave me so much to talk over with my husband! You should really keep this girl on board! She gave me such good customer service I cant wait to come in! Chelsea was a great help!

I was interested in a few cars I ssee on your website and spoke with Chelsea Tourigny she was very kind and helpful with assisting me with the vehicle I was interested in. I would say she has a great passion for cars like most of us do and is willing to go the distance to help someone find the car or truck they need and want.

Mike and his sales team worked together and made our buying experience a positive one. After we shook hands, his team had our vehicle registered, insured and financed in under an hour. We purchased a Chrysler 200 last July upon purchasing we were told that after 9 consecutive payments through Chrysler capital that we could come back to the dealership and have the payment refinanced and have the payment lowered. We have just been told that they do not refinance and we would have to go to a regular bank to do that. We don’t appreciate being lied to just in order for them to make a sale.

. I was very frustrated and wrote a negative review of my experience with their service department yesterday. I felt I needed to come back and remove that review and apologize. They resolved my issues and even agreed to help with part of the cost and as I am a disabled person on a set income this was very kind of them and made me feel as if they really cared about my situation and my car. I received excellent customer service from Miss Kayla and from their service manager Ed.
I again want to apologize for getting so frustrated and giving then a review before seeing the end result of the situation. I have always received good service and good customer service at this dealership and I should have given them the benefit of the doubt this time. I am changing my review and the low rating I gave them because in the end they fixed my car and were very understanding. I would definitely take my car there again for any service in the future. Thank you to Miss Kayla and Ed for everything.

I am here to write about my satisfaction with this dealership. I was in a 3 year least on my 2015 Dodge Charger that I got from Elmwood Dodge as I have gotten the past 5 cars from them. I was over my miles a little bit and went into Elmwood to see what my options were. The only options that they had were at a payment higher than I could afford with at least $5,000 down. Feeling discouraged, I explored other options and that is when I was contacted by someone at Grieco.

After explaining my situation, I was asked to come in and see if they could do anything for me just to help get me out of my current lease. After stopping into Grieco one night, I was approached by Joe DonFrancesco who talked with me for a little bit to get some information from me about the current status of my lease and what I was hoping to get out of it. Joe just wanted to understand all points of view and he got his manager Steve Mello involved. Between the two of them, they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and at ease with them being that it was my first time in their dealership.

Steve and Joe were able to find me a 2018 Charger Indigo Blue, which was the color I wanted with my previous Charger but they didn't have any available at the time and this was the only 1 in New England so I kind of lucked out. Steve and Joe kept working and grinding the numbers for me to get me to a payment that I believe I could afford and with only putting down a little bit of money which I can understand and was happy to do in order to get the car that I truly wanted.

All in all, Joe and Steve were great throughout the entire process. Even after Joe and Steve did their job, the gentleman that I did my paperwork with, Anthony, was exceptional as well and had everything ready for me to sign so I could take my wife out to a nice dinner in my beautiful new car! The entire process took 2 days.
