25Sandhill, GA SM is extremely rude. When asked questions she gets an attitude and does not help at all. Her employees have to hunt her down for help. She never has a till so she cant ring customers up. We have to wait for the other associate who can and they are so much friendlier than her. If she doesnt want to be there then tell her to turn in her keys and leave. Its simple as that. Dont want to work then leave.
On April 16,2019, approximately 4 pm, I visited Dollar General in Luthersville, Georgia on Rooselvelt Hwy. Brandy stated that she was the manager. Brandy is unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. She over charged me for an advertised item and did not want to return my money.
Another very nice lady assisted me and returned my money. This was not
the first time Brandy has been unprofessional. I reported Brandy to the former manger months ago who was very nice. Brandy stated that she has been manger for approximately 7 months!
Never answer the phone. I had a complaint about a dg and corporate office not answering. It’s 12: 51 pm eastern time. Never again. Lost my 350.00 a month
I want to know why every time I decide to shop here the store is closed. The licatiloon 8th Ave South? The employees have no clue, they just say we have to close out doors at 8: 40pm. Please let me know what's the issue.
The pleasant hill iowa store is the absolute worst store to go to. They never have anything. The are probably rhe slowest damn store to get checked out.the line is always 8 to 10 people waiting to get checked out. You will wait 30 minutes or longer to get checked out. They need to close this location and let a real busines go in the building. A kindergarden student could run that store better. DOLLAR GENERAL YOUR PLEASANT HILL IOWA STORE SUCKS.
