Where do I even begin with this place. The only reason it gets even 1 star is for the location and the views. It is a nice complex. Thats about all it has going for it. The old and new (current RPM) management groups were/are horrendous.

- It took 3 months to actually get a lease contract. Was rude and unhelpful when I asked for pictures of the actual unit and area it was in. (Was doing this remote and during covid)
- Swimming pool was never operational
- Front gates rarely closed or operational
- Constant parking issues, understand that your neighbors won't pay for a carport but think its OK to use yours. I know one neighbor that also left just for this reason alone.
- Was told a garage was available, but took them 4 months to finally clear it out of renovation stuff. Told multiple times that it was ready but it was not. But was still billed for the garage monthly and hand to go down to the office each time to get a refund for it and kept asking for it to be removed off bill.
- Front desk will never return your call (unless maybe you are a prospective new resident)
- No one that works there will ever follow up on anything. You will need to continuously go to the front office in person and escalate whatever it is you need.
- Maintenance orders will take weeks to complete, and the workmanship is laughable.ie: removing a light fixture and replacing it with just a bulb because they didn't or wouldn't order a real replacement. Weeks to fix a plumbing issue
- Bad enough that I moved out early, and have an attorney dealing with the aftermath.
