They are still charging ppl while gyms are closed and ppl have lost their jobs everyone is cancelling horrible shameful business practices they closed their call centers and are not letting ppl freeze accounts

Miss it being open 24 hours. I have to travel 20 mins to find a 24 hour that’s actually OPEN 24 HOURS! That’s the main reason I got the membership. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I pass up 3 24 hour fitness that all close at 12 (or earlier) to get to the gym that’s actually open 24 hours. So disappointed.currently looking for a new gym. No longer worth the price

Been to better but also have been to worst.
Its a nice facility but the bad thing is weight are all over the place. I can never find the right ones or the pair. I do get it that part of it is the people who use them and leave them elsewhere instead of put them back in the rack, but i have been going here for couple weeks now and have not seen a proper “team clean” on effect. As an ex 24hr team worker i know they should do a round once an hour to make sure paper towels, soap, and put back weights on their place. And unfortunately have not seen this not even once in this past month, even though, there are times there’s 3 team members at the front.

Also, it might be time to talk to corporate about new treadmills.is very annoying to be jumping around to find which one does not squeaks. Its okay if you have noise canceling headphones but if not, get ready for a sessions filled with annoying squeaky noises coming out of the machine.

No complaints about cleanliness, it stays fairly clean all around. Though, is hard to clean my own sweat out of the machines when there is no paper towels or disinfecting spray to clean with.

We are not happy for that update you guys did, closing at 12. Some people they have work and only time they can go to gym at night. That's why we choose 24 hours because it's open 24 hours. So Disppointed of 24 hour.

Been coming here for over 10 years. First time i fly back into town and can't even work out at my local gym.

Have to go to another location that's actually 24 hours. So unfortunate, especially with their aggressive staff marketing to get you to sign up.

Horrible customer service. I went in on January 24 2017 (morning). I was initially going to activate my friend's account but we didn't have the credit card (Cash only), so I asked the rep if I could come back to activate the account but in the meantime I wanted to see if they would help me print out a three-day pass. They told me that they could not do that, it was impossible but in the past it has been done multiple times. They are either lazy or inexperienced. Very unhelpful. Zero customer experience for the morning crew. The front desk at night is the worst, put me on hold and avoid my simple questions. This gym sucks, they close at 12, they should take of that 24 hour fitness sign.

Change your name. This is the second location I dealt with that closes at 12am now. If you aren't going to be open 24 hours don't advertise yourself as such.feels like a breach of contract on your end to me.

They should change their name because they are no longer open 24 hours. And that was one of the big main reasons I signed up for the gym because I work long hours. It's also closest to where I live. So I'm still debating whether I cancel my membership or not. Like a lot of the reviews said most of the staff is rude. I wish Planet Fitness was closer to where I lived. It's much more affordable.

Restroom and locker room always dirty and smell. Other than that it's a nice gym and very big. It usually gets full on the weekends but great gym to work out. Beats planet fitness for sure!

ONLY reason why I have an extra start is because they have a security guard in the parking lot! Thank you for that

I came here from Planet Fitness and it has been a major difference. Equipment is new and the gym is clean! I'm starting to see major results and this is just my second month here!

5 stars for now. I've gone a couple of times here on my way home from work. I usually go to the on Westheimer and near Wilcrest. But I gotta say I really like this one because it's bigger than any other I've been to and has a lot of mirror space not just one wall, which I love. I go around 6pm and there is a lot of people but there's so much room that it doesn't get crowded I still have plenty of space and machines are not all hogged up!

Open late and everyone that works there are very friendly. It would be nice if the owner would invest in new equipment. All equipment at 24 hour fitness are very old. There’s a lot of members you would think that money would be used for a great investment and cleaner restrooms. Fitness connecting down the street invested on new machines and equipment and there fees are a lot lower.

Dusty, dark, and dreary. All the weights are in the wrong locations. Bathroom area smells like 3 day old piss. I've worked out here roughly 10-15 times and have not been greeted once. They have enough equipment to get a reasonable workout, but even that feels a little dirty. The only value this gym has is it's proximity and roughly maintained equipment. Extremely poorly run.

This staff here is a mix between RUDE and excellent.i can’t tell you how many time I come in and don’t get greeted by the person at the desk. Most of the time the ones that don’t greet me don’t look up from their phone or appear to be day dreaming. Then there is the occasional staff at the door that is enthusiastic and pleasant and greet me with eye contact and kindness. That’s not a major deal just unprofessional and a huge pet peeve of mine.
I also ya d a guy at the door argue me down about my membership being inactive (which is free because of my job, and he seemed to have no knowledge of the program and still argued about my membership). Yet when Him and I went to a manager or lead (whoever) the guy was super nice and manner-able and respectful.he knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it and made it better in an instant.
Also The treadmills could be updated as each one I choose squeals when at a moderate speed.

Kevin C is super rude, bad attitude.
I quit gym 3 yrs ago and my friends trying to ask me to get back gym again with them.
I was thinking to get 1 day pas.
And Kevin just denied it since I was a member of them 3 yrs ago. Just 1 day to enter and he just made bad attitude. Very unprofessional.

This location is not worth paying $35 -40 a month.better togo to Costco to buy a whole 2 year pack for only $15 and no annual fee. The restroom is always dirty, and BEWARE of roaches in the sauna room. Highly active critters. No matter how many times you complain to the staff they wont make any change. Any other location has better staff and sanitary changing rooms.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Kevin is super rude and unprofessional. He got loud with me because I had the 7 day pass talking about he let me in out of the kindness of his heart and he didn't have to. He got mad because I told him I was trying out other gyms to see who I liked more. He told me if I didn't sign up I couldn't use my 7 day pass and since I went in to one class I had to pay a one day fee. Then he tried to get my friend to talk to someone on the phone. He even went as far as taking our id's from us to make sure we came back to talk to him after we tried out a class. Then the rest of the staff started to get loud with Kevin and started to follow us out as we were trying to leave. We asked for a number to call and put in a complain and they didn't want to give us one. After all of this I signed up with planet fitness where the staff was nice and friendly and didn't make me feel unwelcomed as I used a pay pass.

I wish I could give this gym 0 stars. The front desk staff is the most rude gym staff I have ever encountered. The sales manager lady is rude and prejudiced. Saying she doesn’t let guys like my husband in to play basketball.he registered for the guest pass and genuinely wanted a membership as it is a convenient location for us. The gym is dirty with paper towels in every exercise machine, has a weird smell and is quite crowded. My husband explained his experience to the general manager and said that he was upset at his treatment just because he was pre judged for being a black man and he is in the military and said his ID is not valid. The manager profusely apologized and did offer some discounts, but there is no forgetting the treatment and disrespect at this location. Go somewhere else. It’s overpriced for what you get anyways.

It's a gym. Nothing more, nothing less. It needs improvement and more active staff though. People camp out on 2-3 machines/stations at once, some of the equipment needs to be replaced, some items need to be reordered like the pulley ropes for weights and such. The bathrooms smell terrible, possibly cleaned once a day. I frequent here 4 to 5 times a week after work because I live around the corner, if it wasn't so close, I'd consider other options.

I agree with others reviews here saying it's difficult to cancel your membership. Look if someone no longer wants to be apart of your facility don't give them "corporates number" and saying "call them to cancel. "
lol this is supposed to be a business where if you obtained the membership here you should also cancel it here. Look some people just find better elsewhere don't hold them hostage by giving numbers you knowww will take forever to answer and cancel. You guys are making 24 hours business as a whole worse. You need to do better.
P.s And the place does smell.
And some of the staff is rude for sure do better.
