5401 Chimney Rock, Houston TX

The apartment office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always available to answer questions. I feel very safe living here, especially since there is round-the-clock security, which by the way, are friendly and helpful. The apartments are well kept and cozy. The biggest plus, though, is the location. It's easy to jump on the highway to get anywhere. Very happy to have found this place!

Worked with this property for a Corporate leased unit, and the Client Service Manager was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Would definitely lease another unit through this property!

I have been living at 5401 Chimney Rock Apartments for about 8 years and never have I seen all the issues some of the users here are complaining about, the office staff is very friendly and the maintenance people are very helpful and knowledgeable, they respond very quickly to repair any issues with the units when something needs to be fixed especially Mr. Jose Sandoval, I see the parking to be an issue due to the limited spaces available, but other than that everything is fine, also this community is very close to the galleria, downtown and the medical center which is a plus if you happen to work in that area.
Overall I'm a happy tenant.

Renewed my lease for the second year back in December. I can honestly say I do not have a problem living here. The maintenance and the leasing staff are very helpful. They don't hesitate on me anything, and act quickly. They make sure that they reach out to their residence whether it is a community function or some type of emergency. They make sure that we aren't in the dark about anything. The only thing that would be a problem that I would say is the parking situation. After 10 p.m. It gets rough, but from what I've heard it's like this all over Southwest Houston. But other than that I truly have no issues with this property.

The location is great for the price espically having the security here, the front office staff is very professional and friendly. Jennifer was on top of it the whole time and the process was fast and easy. The tenates all seem nice and there's always staff out cleaning and maintaining the property. Very pleased!

Parking issue is REAL. I had an AWFUL experience w the parking. I was visiting my friends whose was their first time at their apt. They towed my car & charged $290 CASH. They asked my name, APT #, even DL they could have called the tenant to notify.

I can say one of the best apartment to stay in Houston is Chimney Rock apartment. Such a friendly office staffs and more important is maintenance request will be resolved within a day. I am staying here for last 4 years and i hope this review can help everyone who are looking for good apartment in Houston.
