23Well I guess if you are hispanic don't go here to buy a gun. The guy at the counter never acknowledged me and wife were at the counter. He just asked for another person to help me. Some one else did come back and helped me but then had to leave so he asked the other guy to sell me the gun and then asked if i was a US citizen. This was after he hesitated with just having to help me. Me being an academy customer and card holder think this was uncalled for and racist.
Nice store.only complaint is the customer service up front. No greeting, no thank you.not even a smile. It's not hard to be nice when someone is nice to you.
Very poor customer service. Sales personnel were just standing and chatting with each other. I asked for help and no one even bothered to help me. One person said it's not his job to help me. I guess they are not interested with my business so, I went to Walmart and bought treadmill and elliptical there. I'm not going back to this store again.
