Had a super super impressive service experience here. The video walk through is informative, transparent and helpful for me to make quick decisions on repairs. David, my service advisor was very quick answering my questions, helping me file warranty claims and fast track my service timeline so that I can have the car for the weekend. 5 star excellent service!

Eduardo Bendeck was the person in charge for taking care of my car and he was very professional and efficient, he also followed up and constantly kept me updated about the status of my car.

Kamail is a an awesome advisor. He is very courteous and helpful. My car was ready when promised. I like the digital text messages to get me updated on what services are being performed on my car. I’m very pleased with the service I get from Advantage Midtown BMW and I will continue to bring my car in for service.

I had an appointment, with an email confirmation for BMW Midtown to pickup my 535 and exchange it for a loaner car while service was being done. I called to confirm and was told that I was “not eligible for valet loaner service” and that they weren’t “sure how valet loaner car service was approved online. ” The service representative told me, “I’m glad you called because we would have never come to pick up your car. ” Awful service. This is the worst service ever. Save your time and buy a Porsche at North Houston- at least they keep their promise.

Lourdes is always great. She ensures my car has everything necessary to be road worthy. She even made arrangements to have my car picked up and delivered back so I didn’t even have to worry with getting it to the dealership. Service with a smile even though I never saw her!

The service was excellent. Kiara was awesome. She kept my up to date on my car and explained what was going on. She helped with getting me a loaner because I had to leave my car over night. I was extremely happy with Kiara as my advise she is very knowledgeable and will return to Advantage BMW Midtown.

As always, I had a fantastic experience working with my service advisor, Jerry Ward, and the tire specialist, Aldo. I had a lot of questions (just my nature) and they both took the time to explain everything in detail. The overall experience was very pleasant and the repair was completed timely. I can’t think of anything they could have done different. I will definitely be back.

Be alert! These guys may try to sell corporate car with thousands of miles as new car to you. So be careful when they asked you to sign the contract and pay them. Honestly, you should never buy cars here. They do business with lies instead of credit. Most importantly, their price is way higher than other dealerships’.

I originally took my car in due to the cruise sensor light came on several times. Mannie my service was very attentive in reviewing the picture l had taken of the issue. Mannie had my car checked out. Along with my original issue l needed and oil change. He set the appointment and assured me l would be getting rental car and that happen when l returned my for service.

Ordered a part I needed for an XD for one of my clients and they had it in stock. I put it on will call and showed up 20 minutes later and it was a breeze. I was in and out the parts dept in less than 2 minutes max. Great customer service and organization!
