Advantage BMW Midtown, Houston TX

I have the place a few tries. Even called ahead to speak to service manager. Always a great disappointment. This place is a perfect example of why the dealership model fails. I want to buy my car from BMW not this group of crooks.

Gave them a $1k deposit on Wednesday to buy a car bc I live in Fort Worth and I said I would be there Friday to get it. Negotiated my trade in and everything. Get a call Thursday night that they sold the car, and they were "changing" their deposit guidelines, obviously to their advantage. Then the manager Philip wouldn't answer my calls. DO NOT do business with them, they are shady!

I came in on an ad to change my oil on my 550 I BMW 2008. The ad stated that the cost would be $89 for 6 quarts of oil with oil filter. The part that I am upset with is he charged me $60 for two quarts of oil which was $156 and then when I asked him to go over the issues on my car he's simply skin to over a lot of information.
It seemed like he was more concerned about getting to a bigger ticket item then handling me as a consumer that's not good customer service in my opinion

Acceptable service. Do get free drink, wifi, shuttle, cleaning, multi points inspection like most dealer do. Repair was done in timely maner. Was it exceptional service? NO. It’s very much expected.

It’s great that they wash your car when they are gone with the service but today they left a mess in my backseat. Looked like a two year old had a blast back there! Trash can wasn’t emptied which is fine but they threw away a plastic coffee cup.it was in a cup holder.one I use everyday. Sad

Dealership promised a rental car but kept giving me the runaround without being honest that there were none available for 2 days. Overall, this time I am happy with the work performed. However, over the past year, I’ve had to have the dealership redo the work performed, causing an inconvenience to me.
