Dorian was a great guy and great salesman, not pushy very professional. I have mostly good experience here in the past. We don't Ford's here so Chevy is the way to GO!

The staff at all American Chevrolet of Odessa, did an amazing job at finding the right car for my family and I. My salesman Frank did an outstanding job and was patient and courteous through the whole process.

Buyer Beware! This has to be the worst car buying experience of my life and that's a lot of cars. From being overcharged on a quote and difference not refunded, too damaged parts not being fixed as stated they would be at time of purchase, to waiting 1 month to send out paperwork after purchase, for it only to be the wrong paperwork for someone else's car and mine who knows where it was sent. I would guess this is due to the oil boom so service doesn't matter and neither does your word. Only advice I'd give future customers is find it somewhere else or make sure you get it in writing.

Collision center is seperate from dealership and doesn't offer the cheverolt loaner car program for new buyers.

8/17/18 2016 Chevy needs new transmission. The only customer service personal I extend gratitude towards is rocky. Thanks for your sincere support in exceptional manner As for all American Chevrolet I rate them 1 on a 10 rating. Was suppose to receive truck back on a wensday it is now Friday. Loss of wage consists of $340 for the work day $30 for gas to come to odessa$ 40 in gas for service advisors car use. In return for my vehicle still in shop today being Friday, I’m offered a rental car with agreement to be signed instead of loaner car because of there mishap. This is the kicker. I work the oil industry and was offered a Kia? This vehicle is to be returned unaffected or charged to my credit card. All while a smile on there face. Well I certainly feel a discomfort on my rear side. A father of 5 can not afford these losses let alone these vehicle prices now. As I will return for my vehicle, I’ll be expecting another loss of time and money. A big NO Thanks AMERICAN CHEVROLET OF ODESSA!

Wonderful place to buy a vehicle. My salesman Antwon NEWTON and GSM Andrew McCabe went above and beyond to get my wife the vehicle she wanted and gave us a good price on our trade in. Thank you very much Gentlemen.

Just received a response from Chevy and was advised to contact Vince. Unfortunately my review will stay the same with one star. I tried to resolve the problem with Andrew "manager" and his response was "you signed the papers" and he hung up one me.

Despite a long four hour wait I have no complaints the waiting room was comfortable I was treated courteously the charge for services was approximately what I thought it was going to be as far as the workmanship I'll have to get back to you on that I haven't had anybody that's knowledgeable to look it over yet

We were very pleased with the service we received. Anthony Marquez and Carlos Alvarado provided us with excellent service. They got us the vehicle we wanted and most importantly in the color we wanted. I definitely recommend American Chevrolet of Odessa.

Bad bad bad. Nothing good to say about the dealership it’s self nor the mechanics. Yes I know.free popcorn and plenty of smiles. Nothing like the big bad wolf in disguise. Simple transmission swap that was suppose to be done Wednesday last week. Then promised on Friday.took day off to retrieve my 2016 pickup only to find mechanic disappeared. Great money loss on my end (work) (gas) (my time) etc should I ad it up? Hope to recieve call Monday to retrieve the truck I needed so desperately this weekend. Things happen and it’s understandable. The kicker is even if we leave things in gods hands, how many more people have to suffer the issues and cover ups these dealerships give us. The average working class family can not afford the word (sorry) will they offer any grievance on the matter? A transmission that costs an average of $2000. For $5000. Who’s getting robbed here. They did offer me a rental car? Not a loaner car. A KIA to be exact.sorry this vehicle cannot be used in the oil field without getting damaged. I even offered to use there parts truck instead. They said not possible. Talk about a setup for failure! My credit card for rental car and agreement for there mishap. I rate ONE STAR so far for ALL AMERICAN CHEVROLET OF ODESSA.get that logo “ALL AMERICAN”. Is OBAMA still in office. I’ll keep ya posted on what happens Monday or perhaps what they broke underneath. Thanx for reading / ok, Monday morning 8: 32 am. Mechanic is back but no correspondence from Larry hook the manager. Guess there to buisy trying to resolve this matter but as I’ve noticed, they only seem to correspond to those who give quality stars and good quality correspondance. Question to MR LARRY HOOK? Why so long to R and R a transmission that has been on the rack since last week Wednesday that I know of? Considering the vehicle I am using that is loaned to me, just had a power steering pump failure that will be costly out of my pocket. So more loss of work and funding. Paid cash for a used truck.the salesman assured us there was nothing wrong with the truck.we test drove everything was good. 2 weeks later the truck went to the shop.transmission problems.but wait he assured us it was a great buy nothing is wrong.i will never come back again.ive always bought Dodge and have always been happy.husband saw this truck on line and fell in love with it.but never again ️

I have not purchased from the Odessa dealership and much prefer going to El Paso Chevy house. However, I have taken my vehicle several times to the service department within the last year. I find that if you don't constantly call to check on your car you will NEVER receive a courtesy call with any type of update and no one returns your call even if you leave a message. Also if they have your car for over a week they wait until you call several times to remind them to give you a loaner even when they promised you'd have one the following day.

This dealership does not deserve the one star but had to tap to get here to be able to post. When buying a used vechicle from them pay attention to the paper work or YOU will be paying more than what was agreed.then he told me i had free oil changes for life and found out it cossed addittional $900 on contract. We will never deal with them again. BTW our son had same experience when he bought his truck, WE SUHOULD HAVE LISTENED!

Dissatisfied. My brother was here for 4+ hrs for a car but fell in love with a truck. However the made an error in pricing. It made him upset.

This place is awesome. They really hear you and take care of your needs. The service department make sure you are happy. Please if you haven’t given them a chance it is worth it.

Terrible service, didn't meet time frame they set. Stated 5-7 days took 2 weeks. After repairs to my A/C system my car makes clunk in front end, they quoted me 1400$ to fix issue. But couldn't verify or show me that would fix the issue. Car never had issue before going to this dealership. I looked at my car later when I got home and turns out to be loose sway bar end links. They assured me everything was tight and had to be struts. 15 min fix would of cost 1400$ due to there lack of effort and attention to the job they are doing. Was told multiple times a "master certified ASE tech" diagnosed sound/clunk to be bad struts. Loose sway bar links are on passenger side of car right near a/c compressor they just replaced was cause of noise.

Best customer service experience I was treated very well and given a explanation to the repairs that were necessary. Mike in the parts and service was fantastic. The courtesy shuttle took me to my job while the car stayed for repairs. Abel the driver was a courteous driver.
Thank you for caring and respecting your customers Highly recommended this place. Chevy owner for life.
