I LOVE my Chevy Sonic. The experience was good. My sale’s woman Kala, was very good and helpful. The finance Manager Ronnie Lewis was amazing. He made sure I understood exactly what I was doing and explained everything in detail step by step. Defiantly will be returning to All American and will 100% Be recommending them to all my friends and family.

My husband And I were greeted at the door by Barbara Gonzales. We explained our situation. We had recently been in an accident and we're just looking to see what was in stock. She went above and beyond to help us get a vehicle. We we're unable to make a down payment at the time because we had not received our settlement yet, but she did everything she could to help us leave the lot with our new 2018 Equinox. We are so appreciative of her compassion and dedication. We're so thankful to Barbara and the Chevy team of employees that made our purchase smooth and stress free.

They price gouge. I have a 2018 LTZ that I purchased in the Dallas area. I paid for an extra maintenance package that included a full detail once every six months. American Chevrolet of Odessa has been the only dealership that would not honor it. They wanted me pay over $300 for a full detail, a regular oil change was quoted to me for $87.00. I have never been to a dealership like this. They don’t allow you to make appointments for maintenance. It’s first come first serve. Upon completing maintenance they do not clean your vehicle like all 200 million other dealerships. They don’t do things the Chevy way. Poor customer service, price gouged and very unprofessional.

Had a great experience with my purchase from All American Chevrolet. The people there are awesome and really friendly. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. Oscar was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with, no B. S. Overall it was well worth the time.
