Busy. But everyone is so ATTENTIVE. Can’t turn a corner with out hearing the confusing “are you finding everything ok? ” Or “May I help you find something”. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Plenty of hand sanitizer and mask if you need one (free)?

There's an employee on just about every isle always cheerfully asking how to help you. No running cross-country trying to FIND help. Great customer service is the reason I shop here.

The helpful place? After 4 disappointing separate trips to ace hardware I have decided they have never been the helpful place. If you need something go to Home Depot, if Home Depot doesn’t have, it go to Lowe’s. If Lowes doesn’t have, it go on Amazon. And if Amazon doesn’t have it, you just don’t need it!

Went today and ask them to cut a key that I purchased online and was willing to pay to get cut, and they told me they no longer do that. I then went to Home Depot and they cut it for me, for free.now that’s the HELPFUL PLACE!

My husband and I use to love coming here until today. The woman at the gift shop register was so rude. Needless to say we will never be back and that's a shame because the other people that work there are really nice and helpful.

Bought a garden hose cabinet more than two years ago. The spinning mechanism had broken down some time back. Walked into the store yesterday to ask if the item had any warranty and whether I should bring it to the store. The nice gentleman I talked to went to his manager who gave me another cabinet to take home for free. They didn’t even want to look at the system for any record of purchase. Attached picture has old and new cabinet. What else can you say about customer service! Lucky to have a small local store that values customers.

Unbelievable service! I was looking for a couple of bolts & washers. Ken made copies of a service manual for a lock I was trying to fix. He went well beyond expectations. My bill was less than $6, but they treated me as if I was spending hundreds. Definitely recommend them, especially if you have any questions or concerns.

For a smaller store, it's amazing the variety in different types of products you can get there. I don't think I've ever been there and not been able to find what I was looking for.

Anytime I need help with a home project, this is the place I go. They might not be the cheapest but they are always the most helpful!

Small box store packed with what you need and knowledgeable people ready to help. Avoiding the trip time and traffic to local big boxes is worth a little premium if you notice one.

Needed some expert help, came into Alspaugh’s. Talked with Van and he got me straightened out. I always have great service at any Ace Hardware that I visit.

This an outstanding hardware store, especially if you are looking for a specialty item or need advice or help with your selection. Lots of guys in there willing to help and spend time with you to help you get what you need

The best of everything for the home do-it-yourselfer and that includes products as well as customer service.

Amazing service, went to home depot to pick up a Traeger Grill. They did not know how to get one down, surprisingly just said sorry I cant help you. Called Ace and they not only got one for me, but they are delivering it and setting it up tomorrow. Amazing value and very knowledgeable! Not sure Home Depot knows what they are doing anymore.

I came in earlier today to refill a propane tank. Every employee I came across was polite and helpful. In comparison to many other big-box hardware stores, this place is just head and shoulders above others from a customer service standpoint.

Excelente customer service. A little hard to find what you are looking for but the staff can guide you through.

The employees are always very helpful. Someone spent 5 -10 minutes just to help me find a. 50 cent screw.can't get that level of service anywhere else!

Great service that you can't get in the big box stores. There is a candle and gift shop attached for some reason.

I went in today and ordered a Weber grill to be be put together and delivered. The two deliveriy staff member were rude and one of them placed there hands on my wife’s face. Also it was the wrong grill I payed for. On follow up the manager hang up on my three times. Unreal.

Great place with friendly staff to help you find anything. Maybe a $1 more on some items, but much much better than home depot.
