Bought a grill from them today and was going to be delivered same day. When the delivery guys got here, we told them it was the wrong grill. The delivery guy literally did a talk to the hand motion and when we called the store the manager didn’t apologize, just sent call to cashier for refund. This ends our going to Ace.

Good local area hardware store. Not as much as the big box stores, but closer and usually has about 90% of what I might need.

Wonderful store! There is an awesome boutique tucked into an Ace Hardware. Vera Bradley, Kendra Scott, Uno de 50, etc. Great customer service in every department, and many choices.
