The people were nice but they made a mistake on my glasses and had to redo them. It's not really worth the time going back to that location. The wait time was too long, even with an appointment.

My experience in the office was great but then it took longer than expected to get my glasses. Back at home I've heard from a few friends how everything that's "garenteed" is a lie. I was beginning to think I should've went elsewhere. After all the confusion. Ms. Lisa was great! I'd come back.

Eye exam went well. Glasses came in as expected and on time. Picking up.well thats a different story.

I want to thank the manager Lisa for contacting me regarding my visit to this location. It feels really good to know that she was concerned about what happened and the way I felt and assured me that she would take care of it. I came back again and I will say there was a different vibe. Im very satisfied with the service I received the second time.

Great customer service. Dr's are professional and are really good at what they do. However the wait is ridiculous. Even with an appointment. I had to wait almost 45 mins just to pick my glasses up. WITHOUT a fit. SMH I'd rather go somewhere else and pay more then have to wait like this again.

My experience was great the staff was friendly and it took no longer then 10 minutes to be seen and 20 minutes later i was out the door thanks America's best contact and eyeglasses.

Okay after reading all the comments I am not sure if I want to go there. I see these amazing ads on tv about America's best. But reading the comments I am not sure if I even want to take a step in there.

I love this place, everytime I go, everybody's friendly and helpful, and I've always got my glasses when they say I'm supposed to get them. This place is awesome

This place is great! Everyone was super helpful. I ordered contacts and a pair of replacement frames as mine had just broke. Stephanie helped me and she is fantastic! She was so friendly and patient. I highly recommend this location! (Ask for Stephanie.)

I go every year and really like the place I'm always in and out.
But this time the lady doing my glasses and contacts was kinda not asking me just basically just doing what she felt was right with what I need with my glasses and I always get the basic which I had to tell her what I wanted and only what I wanted to pay for.
I'm not into pushy sells people I have never had a problem in the 3-4 years going here just with this lady but other than that I'm always in and out and place is nice

I would always see the commercial, but then my helper told me he got a pair from them. So I decided being I needed new glasses why not. Well the atmosphere is very pleasant and everyone are so friendly and nice there. They explain and talk to you instead of pressuring you. I can say they actually care. Will be making them my No#1 from here on out.

The staff was very helpful friendly and professional I was going to 20/20 express dr there was kinda rude so this will be my place to go for my eye glass needs. Thank you America's Best
