AMLI on Eldridge Parkway, Houston TX

So far, the staff at AMLI on Eldridge has been wonderful. They strive to do the best that they can to assist. Some days it seems like a miracle for them to assist because they are dealing with a large complex. Manny Arguela was my Leasing Consultant. She was very nice and positive about helping me make the transition into my new home. It was very nerve wrecking, but Manny helped walk me through the whole process with confidence reassuring me every step in getting me moved in at AMLI.

I have lived here since Mid-March 2018. To live here, AMLI does make it mandatory for you to carry renters insurance because they are not responsible for any liability that you might occur nor are they held accountable for your home possessions. If your credit score is not solid but somewhat not too far off from being decent, AMLI does make you pay an extra deposit. (I do not know how they treat others who have experience with evictions or have had broken leases).

The maintenance service is just excellent. From March until now, I had several maintenance requests and all requests got done from within 2 hours of notice to within 24 hours. If you take advantage of calling the leasing office or using the residence portal, you get quicker results verses emailing the website.

The complex is huge. Some days you may not get the parking you want but my experience so far with parking seem to be positive.

AMLI does encourage you to get a home alarm security system due to problems they have with break-ins because of crime all around Houston which unfortunately affects AMLI. So I did get an alarm security system. If you have an email and you give it to AMLI, they are pretty good about notifying you about the break-ins that are reported to them.

So far, I do not have any complaints about the neighbors. Everyone seem to mind their business. Every now and than I get neighbors who are friendly and speak to you briefly.

The lawn and building upkeep seems to be pretty nice. I know that this is just the beginning for me. I am hoping for the rest of my lease term I will continue to have nice things to say about AMLI

Not very satisfied with the results of my stay here. The crime rate has risen dramatically over the past year. Took three months to fix the gate system. Paid $130 dollars fee on a $1 dollar misunderstanding. Never had any issue with paying anything before. This company is ready to give it to you without any lube.

When we first moved in here I loved this place. However, for the amount we pay for rent and other amenities ($500 pet deposit, $70 covered parking we don’t even use but can’t opt out of), you would think the gates would be working at least 90% of the time, you would also think I wouldn’t be getting an email every other week saying that my fellow apartment dwellers are getting robbed, not to mention my car being rifled through, and I wouldn’t even DREAM of having any packages delivered here. This is a gated community (although the gates are broken down more than they’re not) with VERY light patrols. Set up cameras! Have more patrols! Someone was robbed at gunpoint at 10 pm within the confines of our complex while the other had their apartment entered without their permission to be robbed. This is ridiculous, I feel less and less safe here as a single Mom. Now I feel I have to carry a gun with me to take out my trash after work? Get it together AMLI.

If you can help it don't live here.

We have lived here three months, and since then 1 apartments got broken into and 2 people got robbed at gun point. When the sun goes down. It's unsafe.

When we reached out to the front office with our concerns the exact response from Trinity the Leasing Manager was, "I would recommend to use the tips we listed in the community email".

There's no elements that make criminals feel they are being watched, and you would think they'd take measure to keep their tenents safe but they dont. They keep 1 security guard on patrol during the day, but dont have someone on duty 24 hours.

Advice To Management
Don't respond to this trying to show potential tenents you are taking measures to help. People need to know the truth.

I ve been living here for almost one year and half. It used to be good when Brian and the old staff were working here but since the new crew came it is going down every single day.they break in to my car about 2 months ago and i went to the office and i told them about it the only answer i got “ Call Your Insurance Company” and also they didnt sent an email to the residents to let them know that there was another break in so i had to go tell my nighbors to dont patk your car in the back.i cant wait to move from this place i dont feel safe anymore.i can hear loud music late at night, i can here people are arguing outside and talking loud, gate is not working most of the time, bad management, and people leave trash outside.they just raise the price every year and they dont care about rasident safety.the only good thing about this place is great maintenance service.

I wish i could give this apt complex a negative review! Gates always broken. Its not worth the price. If it isnt the water being shut off for no reasons its the gates not working. Its always something.

Front office holds no accountability. For going on a month my tub in my master bathroom has been broken! No communication from anyone on when it will b fixed. The only good thing is this apt is centrally located.

My No one priority is safety with our neighbors and living environment. Convenient location for our needs. This place has it all ️️

I absolutely love living at the AMLI on Eldridge. The application process is very easy and they really work with you if you have a certain rent budget that you would like to stay within. The location is perfect, Sits directly across from Kroger, Walgreens, Tons of restaurants and less then 5 min from I10! Brian is also Amazing he has the perfect personality for management he's very open and professional.

I'm extremely depressed that this isn't the apartment complex for me, because when I toured the location, I fell in love with the staff. Sarah was extremely helpful and empathetic to my needs. BONUS, the office was really clean, you know they mean business!

I submitted a maintenance request form for an issue with my ceiling fan. Within 3 hours of submitging my request they had completely replaced my ceiling fan and had it up and running again. I am completely blown away by how attentive and friendly the staff is! Plus, the location is great! I highly recommend this complex.
