Ashley HomeStore, Sugar Land TX

In late Feb/early March we purchased a queen bed and mattress set to replace my son's twin bed. It's been a nightmare ever since. On the original delivery date, the delivery driver called to ask if we had the headboard for the bed because it wasn't on the truck. Why would we have the headboard? Obviously we couldn't accept the delivery. Mind you, we had just gotten rid of my son's bed that morning in anticipation of his new bed arriving that afternoon. We got a call a few days later that the entire bed was available so we scheduled delivery for 2 days later. The guys came, set up the bed, and there's very noticeable damage to part of the headboard that Ashley did a poor job trying to repair. We told the drivers that we paid for a new items and wouldn't accept the bed on that condition. They told us to call customer service, packed it up, and left. We've called customer serviced multiple times throughout this entire process and they are NEVER helpful. No one can ever answer any questions; it seems like all they can do is schedule deliveries and tell you why it's not their fault. Meanwhile, my son's been sleeping on our couch ever since the failed first delivery, and no one at Ashley cares. Think twice about doing business with this company.

I ordered a desk from here on 03/14/21. I schedule my delivery for the 22nd. I got a email the same day requesting for a reschedule because there was a issue with the delivery, so that’s what I did.called and rescheduled for the 27th. Next thing you know on the 27th I get a email saying there was a issue with the delivery again.that it will get delivered on September 7. This is ridicules how they’re keep pushing the delivery date and I have to wait over 2 weeks for some furniture. Asked for a refund now I have to wait a week to receive my refund and buy my furniture some where else. Thanks for waisting my time.

Everyone at Ashley Home Store is always very nice, but our Sales Person Yoda (Yousif Oda) was absolutely awesome.
He is very knowledgeable & takes the time to explain the different options (mattress & adjustable base).

Finally found the missing piece for our new home. Great selection in home decor. Definitely going back next time I need new furniture.

We had our first Ashley Homestore experience today. My husband and I, along with our two kids, were welcomed into the store by many staff members. Akeem helped us pick out the right couch for us, and we never felt rushed or pressured. He was always right there when we needed to ask a question, and the buying process was fast and easy. Our young kiddos were having a blast in the store, and instead of feeling like a burden, each staff member made us feel like our kids were a joy to have there. We will be coming back to Ashley for our future home needs for sure. Cannot express how great of an experience it was. Thank you, Akeem and Ashley HomeStore!

I had a wonderful experience. Felix assisted me and he was very courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to explain the process. The store Manager came over and introduced herself and she made sure that we were ok. It was at closing time but we were not rushed. Felix did everything to make us comfortable and made the purchase experience great.

I liked this store. The salesman named Gerry helped us out a lot. And another 5 stars for the packer for helping me packed my order so nice and neat even he didn't need to do that (I need to deliver it to other city).

I bought furniture before from Ashley Furniture, this is my second time. They have a beautiful selection,
reasonable price and staff very helpful. I recommend shopping there.

Would give more stars if I could! Tony is absolutely amazing! We been furniture shopping for a while and other salesman at other furniture stores were always very pushy and not down to earth. Tony made us feel very comfortable and at home. Which is how you should be when shopping for your home! He made sure to give us the best deal. Whether it's their in-store sales or if the online price is cheaper. He gave that to us instead. Would absolutely come back when we need more after our move in date.

My husband and I walked in knowing what we wanted and our salesman Christopher Newton was awesome! He took his time to show us several items similar to the sofa we wanted for comparison and he made the buying process fast and super easy. Nice and lovely showroom and very friendly staff. We will be making Ashley Homestore our go to for all of our furniture needs!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and welcomed. Julian introduced himself & explained their promotion. He was very informative and helpful while shopping for a couch. They wanted to make a deal with us and they did a great job. Can't wait to get our new Furniture!

I am proud to be a customer in an inviting environment were there was o pressure to by nor close a deal. They are number one in my book for in. Customer satisfaction.
