My wife and me had a good experience in purchasing our furniture. Our salesman, Afel, was knowledgeable and helpful.

I worked with Felix who was very knowledgeable, and did a great job. They matched the Ashley online price, and it was a 5 piece sofa set that was delivered in 4 days. Completely smooth process. I would use this store and Felix again if the need arises.

Love the customer service provided from start to end. Felix was our sales representative and acknowledged us as we came in. He wasn't pushy and was very patient/warm (espcially since we took our 4 yr old daughter). Overall, it was a great experience.

We had great service from Farukh and Robert who tag teamed to give us a great deal and with a smile. Thanks!

I just wanted to say I had a great experience at the store today with sara! She was really great at helping me find a couch today even got a sofa bed today. She was really nice to my mother and Grandma who was with me helping me pick everything out. The manager came over and he seems really nice and was very helpful as well I just want I just thank you very much for all your kindness.

This was one of the easiest furniture store purchases I have ever made thanks to all of the help from Tim (Sales Manager). Tim was very informative and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want. Thank you for all of your help! Can’t wait to get the new furniture!

My shopping experience at Ashley Furniture in Sugarland was awesome! Their large inventory and prices allowed one stop shop. My sales person, Kevin & Robert, were spectacular with their knowledge and patience. I am one happy customer!

First I was greeted by Julian-sales associate who did an excellent job of educating me on different types of furniture and what set apart Ashley from the competition. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, in comes Robert-store manager. Robert did a superb job, providing me with great service and respecting my budget. Thank you both.

Me. Foreman greeted us and help me and my family. He answered all our questions and concerns. He got us a great deal on a bed and mattresses. We have worked with him in the past and he really took good care of us. We will be back for sure.

Sarah greeted us and got our thoughts of what we wanted. If the store had displayed what we wanted, we could have had more of a visual! Customer service from Sarah was perfect!

This is my second purchase at Ashley’s furniture in Sugarland and yet again I’m a very happy customer. Willie helped me both times with my furniture selection and he is the absolute best. I came in both times with an idea and a vision of what I was looking for and he helped me make my vision a reality twice.
