AT&T Store, Katy TX

I made an exchange from an iphone 11 phone to an iphone 12, the truth is that I feel cheated, they give very few details of how the exchange will be. They told me that I could pay the difference in 3 months and the phone would be mine, and when you make the change and there is no turning back, they change everything and you cannot get out of the contract for 2 and a half years apart, you cannot pay the phone all at once. In the contract it appears that I deliver an iPhone 8 (I have never had an iPhone 8 in my life). I think is the worst investment I paid for my phone now I have to pay for 2 years and a half and I can not pay the phone at once. But we’ll I can not change what happened, please don’t trait your phone never with any company.

Very nice ladies at the Katy Mills location. I was in and out plus they helped/corrected a mistake that another location made.

We came in at 7pm on a Saturday get the iPhone deal. They did everything in their power to help us take advantage of the promotion because of the way our plan was set up there were some issues. However, they made it happen and provided great service. Highly recommended this store to anyone.

Today was a rough day. I was traveling from San Antonio to Lufkin for work. I go through Katy to avoid Houston. Well before Katy I stopped at a rest area and my phone decided an update was needed and I meant to hit the later button and hit the install update. My phone then froze up and basically died. I could not shut it on at all. MEANING I HAD NO MAP/GPS AND COULD NOT CALL ANYONE! Traveling alone I was panicked I saw the sign for bucees 30 miles away and figured I would stop there and ask someone where to find an AT&T. Paula at Bucees went above and beyond she pulled out a map we glance at it to see how far away I was from Lufkin then she DREW ME A MAP with landmarks to get me to an AT&T store.
I was able to get to the AT&T store and get a new phone. Christian at the AT&T so was kind and helpful he listened to me vent about my day with tears in my eyes. Helped me get set up with another phone so I could be on my way. Thank you Paula & Christian for being so kind. I am extremely grateful for running into both of you! The world needs more kind people like you!

Helpful, knowledgeable staff focused on meeting customer needs makes dealing with AT&T equipment and services at this store quick and efficient. I checked options for new services, decided on a significant change, and was out the door with exactly what I needed in under 10 minutes. I won't hesitate to visit again if the need arises.

Thanks to Alex J.i was in and back out with the latest phone and a way better deal on my bill He made it very clear about everything on my bill and ensured me that no hidden fees would show up next bill! Still no extra fees love my phone and was definitely smoothest and fastest phone purchase.

Worst experience ever! I got two phones which I cancelled within the week back in August now in December I'm still getting $300 bill for one week of usage I made so many phone calls to at&t and went to the store and they all assured me I won't have to pay anything because everything was returned. The store manager and sales person don't care. His response was that's your problem. Very unprofessional they don't care about their customer's they just care about making sales. They lie about how much your monthly bill will be just so you can switch with them!

Samantha was amazing, very easy going, never pushy, very honest, neutral, those characteristics are very hard to find on sales people nowadays, I would go back to her if I ever need a new phone or any doubts on something. She was friendly and courteous, However, there wasn't much she could do as far as lowering the price a little but other than that, I was happy with the service overall and how she laid out everything.

I switched over from Verizon and got two phones, directv and internet for a great price! Kentrel was very helpful with the process. Highly recommend this location!

Great customer service. This is the only phone store I’ll go to in the area! The whole staff is friendly and very helpful.

Quick and painless, I have always dreaded the upgrade time, but Samantha really made this as easy as possible! Was in an out with my new Iphone X.

Upgraded my phone at this location, the rep was incredible, I got an Ipad for an amazing price and a new phone for a very low price. Only bad thing would be when I got my receipt. It was all stained with ink and I couldn’t even see the price that I paid. Nonetheless, the rep was able to send it to my email. But still the management should take a look at this and solve this issue ASAP!

My partner and I recently switched over to ATT and chose this location to complete the process. Our rep was so helpful and accommodating; she walked us through the process, provided us with tips on how to get our bill where we wanted it to be and explained everything in a way we could understand. We were very happy with our customer service and walked away with a great first impression of the company.

UPDATE:

The follow up customer service was terrible. My paperwork was lost and the service provider that originally helped me left the company without submitting important information. They didn’t lose all of their stars because the other gentlemen there were very nice and helped me with my problem.
