These guys rock. Make some chit chat and watch random discounts get added to your bill. Don’t be a douche and they will treat you nice. Well as much as they can. They can only do so much with prices. But these guys are just trying to do a good job. Check them out.

Very happy with the service I get from this store and the manager. They are very professional and always go out of their way to help a client.

I have a different experience based on the ATT buyback program. This store did it incorrect and I am waiting now 5 months for a rebate that was never submitted by In-store personal. STILL getting incorrect information form ATT and store on program. Will most likely be going back to Sprint due to being treated so poorly.

I have been a customer of AT&T for two years. I have delt with AT&T stores all over the nation due to frequent traveling and miss handling my cellular devices. This location is by far the best one I have visited and luckily it is my home store! Taz, the store manager, has always been there for my family and I whenever we have questions or complications.l Will probably always remain a AT&T customer due to the wonderful customer service and experiences I have had at this location!

Absolutely LOVED this place! My husband and I went to three other ATT stores (and were treated poorly) before stumbling upon this store inside the mall. Ruben and the manager helped us tremendously! They were kind and very personal. Even with our 5 month old baby they made our visit very pleasant, and we left with what we wanted plus more! Because of them ATT has a customer for life and as long as that store is open we’ll only deal with them! Btw, all of the staff is excellent! You guys Rock!

Ali did an excellent job! He was fast, professional and was able to answer all my questions as well as save me money! If you need to upgrade your cellphone, start a new account or get satellite tv this is the place!
