AT&T Store, Houston TX

This store is horrible. The manager Murtaza Khan lied about what he was able to do then became enraged when I displayed disdain and offered me a 30 dollar credit. I was able to obtain satisfaction after speaking with AT&T on the phone and voicing my complaints. I honestly felt as if I was treated horribly due to the fact that I’m Black and not Caucasian, Hispanic or Arabic.do better.

The staff here are some of the most friendly people I have met and they provided me with the best customer service. They gave me their undivided attention and made me feel very welcome

One of my favorite at&t stores that I have been to. They were very patient with me and took care of all my needs and made sure I was all set before sending me off. Will definitely be returning here for me future needs.

Very friendly staff Edgar was able to help me with switching to AT&T. He was able to answer all my questions. Got me great promotions.

I visited AT&T located in Royal Oaks due to a discrepancy with my bill. I was helped by Samantha and all I can say is WOW. She was very professional and funny during the time that she assisted me. She even contacted customer support and seemed unbothered about the time that it took to help me. I felt that I had her undivided attention and she didn't rush me because I wasn't making a purchase. Will definitely be doing business with her next time I upgrade my phone or add new services.

Very bad customer service. The customer executive was very rude and not ready to listen. Will not visit this store.

I previously posted a review on this store and had to be sure to return to sing their praises for the continuous great work. Each and every time I enter this store, I am greeted by everyone. Service is prompt and quick, without making you feel rushed. Each and every employee that I have encountered is thorough, knowledgeable and a genuine pleasure to talk to. They also ask great questions and help to guide me to the right solution/products. They have yet to lead me astray! This store is the reason that I happily pay AT&T for all of my phone, cable and internet services. Thank you!

Poor experience with reps that weren’t properly equipped to handle internet installation issues.

Disrespectful employees in specific the Dominican short guy. He does discrimination and he hasn't no customer service d etiquette at all.

Don't bother going into this store unless you plan on waiting for at least an hour or so before being helped

Absolutely terrible!

I needed my contacts transferred from an old phone, so I went in an was put on the waiting list.
After 45 minutes it was my turn and was told that their transfer machine didn't work, but I could go to the other location down the road.

If ONLY they has asked me why I was there when I walked in, I could have been on my way right away and not leave feeling like I just left the DMV.

Worst peoples working there no customer serivce at all and manager is such a rude never go there.

Simply don't go to this store if you need help with your phone. Terrible customer service, the lady that worked with me had a appalling attitude. She couldn't care less about helping resolving my issue but rather just dismissed anything I would say.

Went in there for something minor, and was told it would only take a few minutes. Guy went to help someone else, and never returned to help me. I sat there for 45 minutes. No one bothered to assist me. I decided to go to another location. I know that this form of retail isn't meant to be very speedy, but you should at least try to balance the times you spend working with each customer.

I switch over to At&t and I am too happy I did. First I purchased a iphone and was not
happy with the cell after having a HTC. Well I went into the store to exchange fboth
lines and the customer service was outstanding! A young lady by the name Stacy with the help of there store manager was great. I now have the cell that not only meets my needs but they have seal a long term customer.woohoo you go At&t!
