27This has to be the worst store ever! Went in to get a prepaid acct! The rep gave me a SIM card and said here call customer care and rushed me out of the door! I already had my own phone, so I'm thinking WTH! So I call 611 they told me that the SIM card was not the correct one! N I needed to go back to store and get the correct SIM card and start over! I went to another att store n they fixed everything! HORRIBLE
Horrible! I needed to have my micro SIM cards swapped for some mini SIM cards and they wanted to charge me $25 per card! I drove a little farther away to the one on Westheimer and they changed them for me for free! Saved $75 on something as simple as new SIM cards!
Terrible service if you want to call it that. A line of seven people, with three managers "organizing the floor, " which means stand around with a tablet signing people in. The employees seemed fairly competent, but the have to be. The management is useless.
Go to a different store, or go when no one else is there.
Welcomed by a lady with an attitude. Responding with 'what do you want me to do? ' To a simple request is not what one calls customer service.
Horrible service provider. My internet has been down 10 times in the last five months because of technical issue they say it was filter issues.
This location has horrible customer service.very rude would never return to this location again.and give my money to such disrespectful people.
The people who work their tried to make me pay 500$ to get in contract when the other store by Sam Houston Pkwy told me different DO NOT GO TO THIS ATT!
