Honestly don’t post reviews but ATT followed up with me. Had a really great experience sales rep very knowledgeable and helped me with my issue I had with my phone and steps to take to stick with ATT. Didn’t feel like I was being sold anything, they genuinely tried to help me. For that I appreciate it!

My wait time was short. Ray was awesome. He was an excellent communicator and was able to bring resolve to a situation that was quite a mess. I would definitely return there again and Ray would be my first agent of choice!

Do not go to this att store I inquired about an Apple Watch he told me I had to pay full price not knowing
I already did the app online I left the store and went to
The other att store and got the watch for the price that was online I feel like he didn’t want to help me
He didn’t ask me my passcode or nothing just gon say it’s full price. I’ll never do business with this store ever again. This isn’t the first incident either with them.

We only went in with a simple question and Will was very helpful. He helped me open an account and set up my new phone and watch. He was understanding and quick. He helped us with things we didn’t even know we needed help with. I would honestly recommend Will for all your Apple needs

Arthur went above and beyond to find solutions to change my plan and add an iPad for my daughter as we prepare for virtual school. I am now paying less with my new plan, than I was with my old plan.

I purchased a phone via customer service a week ago; although I like the phone, I had a change of heart because of the price and decided to return it. Took the phone and all its contents in to this store to return it and was told I had to pay 45.00 to restock it. Excuse me? I have to pay for you to ship it to me and then pay for you to put it back on your inventory room? That's ridiculous! I don't want the phone or the service at this point.

Worst service definitely ever! My husband and I went to this store to buy the new Samsung 8 note, the first thing was: the customer service it was really bad, 2 sales person gave us wrong information.second, we got the phones and we don't have signal in our offices even at inside home depot store whattt? Yes! We don't have any signal! We call a million times and nobody help us to solve this problem! Sadly this is the truth!

Woman was completely useless to help. Other locations, the reps are accomodating. Oh and she told me incorrect information. I had to call another location and get the correct information.

Pam was awesome! Came in to switch my business line to a personal account and buy a new phone. Wasn't busy so I was helped in about 5 minutes and the entire process took about 30-40 minutes. Great experience with Pam. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process go smoothly. Thanks again, Pam. Love the S9+.

Just came to return a charger. Waited over 40 minutes, while the greeter was standing at the door the whole time doing nothing but greeting. She could have done my quick return. Definitely not coming back to this store.

Order your phone one day ahead before visiting. Sign in two hours ahead of time, go have dinner, watch a movie, take a nap and then come back to this dump so you can wait another 30 minutes before being helped. Horrible wait times!

In the middle of a weekday afternoon I had to wait over 30 minutes just to speak to a representative. Only to have that representative call in to the same out of country call center that I had spent all morning trying to deal with. My billing is still screwed up. Sadly I own stock in this company but I cannot recommend them.

Att is the worst phone service to get. They lie take your money with false promotion. STOP WHILE YOUR AHEAD THE WHOLE COMPANY HAS POOR SERVICE THE QUALITY IS SO BAD TRY NEED TO CLOSE THE COMPANY

Was 802 and she told me it was closed. Understandable. Was coming to buy a new phone, she could've easily told me there was one open til 9 down the street. Found it myself but Jeeze, basic customer service.

People are really slow! Customer service really bad. They have no idea what they are doing. Waited 40 mins even though I am next on the line.

Aloof staff. Awful wait. No iPhone case. No black iPhone 6+. Overall a waste of time. CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION.

Customer service is poor they don't have what you look for if you want to buy a note 7 they don't have any and when you purchase something there staff lacks knowledge they will sell you the wrong stuff just to make a sell, waste of time.
