What do you expect, ATT is the worst of the worst for customer service regardless of the product. They are all liars and ATT does not back up what their agents tell you. No clue how they stay in biz.

Pam was extremely helpful! She listened to what I was saying and helped make sure that my issue was taken care of before I left. I really appreciate how attentive she was to my problem and how she went above and beyond to get it solved.

Pretty good service at this location. Made the switch from tmobile it's like night and day. Much better customer service at att.
