We recently bought a Q5 and traded in our Jeep. They offered more than we were expecting on our Jeep and gave us a great deal on our Q5. I highly recommend Jaramy. She was amazing and made our process quick and simple. We started from scratch and were out in 3 hours. We will be back when we are in the market for another vehicle

Outstanding experience from beginning to end!

Yesterday was the end of a two week purchase of a pre-owned car. After searching for several weeks, we found a car worth looking into at Audi Dallas. I contacted Naushad, and he knew all the answers to the questions I asked, so we set up a time to view the car later that night.

Once at the dealership, we had nothing but top notch experiences. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful. Naushad came to greet us and the car was ready for our test drive. When we got back, Naushad introduced us to Michael Redd to handle our purchase. Everything was up front on the price sheet; the price, fees, TTL, etc. Also, anything we questioned was immediately explained, without tension during the sales and finance processes. Thank you Drew Nigo! It was so easy to work with these guys.

Being an older vehicle, it needed some TLC and I pointed special areas out to Michael. He, Naushad, and the Sales Manager Michael Bakolias, went above and beyond for us with this car. There was no back and forth with the purchase or interactions with any of these gentlemen. It was "here's what we can and can't do", and then it's up to the customer from there. Nothing hidden, so simple.

Pick up was a breeze too. We were politely greeted by our sales team again to reassure us the car was ready. No pressure to get us off the lot, just superb customer service! We spent about 30 minutes just rechecking everything before driving off, and no one said a word to us about moving or hurrying up. Did I say there was no pressure already?

In all seriousness, the biggest reason these guys are getting such a glowing review is because the car we purchased was not even an Audi! If that doesn't show you how amazing these guys are, then I don't know what will. Thank you again to our Sales and Finance team members; Naushad, Michael Redd, Michael Bakolias, and Drew.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM!

I sold my Toyota Highlander to Audi Dallas on June 18th for $27,000.00. I had a loan on the car with Wells Fargo that had a balance of $10,207.67 Per Adam Figuera (sales manager) Wells Fargo cashed their check on July 2,20201. Wells Fargo has closed the account. This left a balance of 16,792.33.

That same day I purchased a used Lincoln MKT from them for $11,671.00.this left a balance of 4,805.19 owed to me. When I signed the paperwork with Allie Gantt she told me that I would receive a check within 2-3 weeks. I have called Naushad (my salesperson) the last two days asking when I can pick up the check. Today I got a call from Adam stating that they will not pay me until they receive the title to Highlander.

Let me first start by staying that they have sold the Highlander. Second Wells Fargo will no longer give me any information on tilte because they paided off the car so they could drag this on for as long as they want. Third getting the money owed to me has nothing to do with them having the title, that is between Audi Dallas and Wells Fargo.

Since I've had so much trouble with them my other concern is when will I get the title for the Lincoln since it was paid in full with my trade in value. If you could please help men in getting them to pay me the money owe me and getting the Lincoln's title I would greatly appreciate it.

Navshad helped me a lot with two new audi purchases here. All the details I wanted to know in the deal was presented to me. This was my first car buying experience where I felt I am not being ripped off of my money. He also took care of some detailing on the car to make it look better.

This dealership goes above and beyond what is expected from a service standpoint. This is apparent throughout their service area. Kyle Jackson is a superstar there. He got shocks in overnight for my A5 and serviced it the next day so I could hit the road.

The dealership was very nice and clean. The service advisor Adam was helpful and honest with pricing and the mechanic was informative about the vehicle maintenance. The mechanics video of the multi-point inspection was a cool touch too. Would recommend over Plano Audi. They were going to charge almost double and when I asked why such a high price, the service advisor in Plano told me "you drive an Audi, transmission fluid is expensive".

The service is amazing. The locale clean. The waiting area comfortable and with plenty of snacks while you wait. The communication on the status of my vehicle via text was on point.

I have never had a better experience than the one I had at Audi Dallas this time around. Katelyn was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Was in and out within 1.5 hours with my 20k check in. I was even sent a video highlighting the suggestions based on their inspection on what might need replacing now and soon in the future. This trust based relationship that they focused on proving transparency into what’s going on under the hood makes me want to stay with Audi for future cars.

Audi Dallas is the best Audi Dealership in the DFW area! Everyone there, especially Isaac in Customer Service, has been extremely helpful. No matter what issue I am facing, Isaac always takes care of it for me. DFW Audi will always have my business, and you won't regret working with them!

Audi Dallas has the worst customer service.it has gone down hill since I bought my car, and every time I have to bring it is assigned to a different service team member because of turnover. They just don't care.

A Salesman name Deldon sold us our last two Audi so he moved to Dallas and we had to come see him and boy am I glad we did made us a deal I couldn't refuse and now I'm in a new Audi

Car was nice. They even held it for me while Audi scheduled my TDI trade in. Unfortunately, the car was short a quart of oil and all 4 tires were at least 10 lbs short. Found that out a few days after I drove it off of the lot. That’s not OK for a CPO.
