Bought a used 2016 Audi TTS that needed some maintainence, took it to Audi Dallas and was connected with Kyle Jackson in service. Kyle made my first experience with Audi amazing. Took care of all of my issues and even helped get me signed up for Audi Care. If you need a new/used car or maintenance on your current car I highly recommend Audi Dallas.

Disappointed with the service section. I have complained about my windshield wiper not working and they have suggested they would fix it and it is not fixed both the times. I was in a rush to return so could not check on it but when I got back the issue with fluid never got fixed.

The actual work on the car was wonderful, but they left the interior a complete mess. There were footprints everywhere and my carseats were unstrapped and tossed aside. When I opened the trunk, the spare tire had been thrown in and the tools for the spare were unsecured in the spare well. The work done did not involve the tires.

Artie and Bradley did a great job! They worked every deal that could to get me to the right price and gave me a great deal on my trade in! Brandon Davis made it super easy to get through finance! Love my new A4!

Received the car with a new three inch scratch but the guy blamed me for it of course and refused to fix it. I was charged for a new Aux cord that didn't work also. The people were really nice until I paid (much more than was justified) for my repairs, then they were sassy and rude. You're better off going anywhere else for repairs. I love my car but after this experience I don't think I will ever buy an Audi again.

The way I was treated on a personal level was greay and the employees were friendly. However, they knocked the centercap of one of my wheels off during a tire rotation, they broke the water pump and cooling fan in my Audi A6 during a recall that involved dropping the engine, they did not perform the second recall that I told them to, and they took four days longer than they initially said. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here.

Really appreciated the way Nathan Frantz showed us our pre-owned Honda Accord. No pressure and pretty straightforward. Would've have like the price to come down more but then again, we bought a Honda from an Audi dealership.

These guys are amazing. Through miscommunication I ended up in the wrong vehicle. Brett, Artie, and Chase went above and beyond to make things right. They got me in a vehicle better equipped than I'd originally purchased for virtually same price. I can't thank these gentlemen enough for their hard work and understanding.
