Nicholas was an excellent service partner who constantly kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. While showing me additional service options, he explained what each one was for so that I knew exactly what I would be paying for. The customer waiting area is a comfortable place to work while I'm waiting. I always go to Audi Plano to service my vehicles.

This was a great experience! It was easy dealing with one person that took care of us from beginning to end. I am an Audi customer for life now.

Unfortunate experience Review 1/2 due to character limit
-Vehicle not delivered as promised, Chadi Bouazzi
-Finance team was a terrible experience, Ms. Castro and her Supervisor
Sale experience-
The facility had the truck I was looking for at a good price. After looking at it I was surprised with how dirty it was, bear in mind that this is a used vehicle. We could not make a deal due to my trade in value which is understandable since it was a quite old car. This was a good opportunity for me to show my 12 year old how one thing can be said but not really done. “10-15 minutes” for them to look at my car. 30 minutes later I walked my kid back to show her our sales representative working with another family, not concerned about returning our car so we could get on our way. We received our car after walking up and asking for the keys. We left.

Monday I receive a email notifying me the price had been reduced on the truck, I thought about it for a day. Tuesday I posted my car on Craigslist and had it sold in 4 hours (I did call the sales man before I finalized my car sale to make sure the truck was there). I called the sales man and asked to hold the truck and get the paperwork ready and I was bringing my own financing and a cashiers check for the rest. He assured me he would have everything ready to go.
I arrived at the dealership a hour later with my loan pre approval number and a cashiers check for the total amount on the sales slip that was emailed to me. The sales person did not have anything ready. We agreed on the price. A scratch, a wheel repair and the truck to be detailed was part of the agreement. We went through some standard paperwork.
This is the moment where I lost 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back.
Finance experience-
The finance team stepped in. The sales person brought me a finance document, I explained that I already had forwarded him the loan approval number, he insisted I just needed to sign the document as part of the standard procedure, I explained the document did not have the correct amount that was going to be financed and again he insisted “standard procedure” and it would get worked out with the Finance team. I was told just a couple of minutes that turned into a hour.
Once the finance lady greeted me we began talking about financing and I clearly explained I had my own financing, she then shows me the document the sales person had insisted I sign and asked me why I signed it! We talk in circles for 5 minutes, I begin to get frustrated and its starting to show, she then tells me I don’t need to get a attitude with her. This is when I get up and walk to the sales manager Murad Muriasy who has been pleasant so far. I express my frustration and ask why I can’t leave a check for more than half the vehicle, do my financing and purchase a truck (really a big request I guess). He assures me everything is fine and they will fix it.
Then the Finance manager (I never got his name). He explains how they are all trying to help me and the loan number I gave them is not what they need but will not tell me what they need because they are “helping me” and have given me almost the same rate as the loan I came in with. Of course theirs is more but they’ll match it to “help me”. So back with the finance lady I go, to the office and sit at the desk. She is also frustrated now and begins asking me if I “go to work for free” and how do I expect them to “work for free” so I take a mental time out and call my bank while she is typing away. Turns out my pre approval was done incorrectly earlier in the day and they are actually going to give me a interest rate 1.5% lower than before. So much for all the “help” I was receiving from Plano Audi. The finance lady begins to get frustrated with the conversation I’m having with my bank, literally flings papers across the desk to me and ask me to leave her office if I’m going to be on the phone because what she is telling me is confidential and “I can’t be on hold with the bank during this conversation”.

Overall our experience especially with the service advisor Paul B is worst of all time with the big car companies. He has neither patience nor interest to pay any attention to the customer's concerns. I do not think if we ever do business with Audi Plano based on our recent experience.

My experience with Audi of Plano wasnt bad but wasnt the greatest. I just purchased my 2010 Audi A4 on 12/26. The sales guys that helped me out were friendly and curteous, and even though i walked looking ragged as could be they never looked down on me or made me feel like i didnt belong in their dealership. They were great with helping me find the car that i wanted in the price range that i wanted. I will say i kinda spent more time than i would of wanted at the dealership. When the car was found the Only hitch was that the car was in Houston and i basically bought a car by just looking at pictures and no test drive before i signed. The car was transported within a day and i took possession of it on the 27th. Them being an Autonation dealer they do offer 5 day money back guarantee so that put me at ease purchasing it without actually driving it. They also offer 90 day free bumper to bumper warranty which is great because since i took possession of the unit there have been a few issues that habe popped up with the car. The following are my issues so far.which im still baffeled as to how these issues were missed if the cars supposedly go through a rigorous inspection. So back to the issues.
I have a headlight range control issue that i immediately addressed at the dealership. Ive also noticed that i have a slight oil leak that is causing the engine smell like its burning. The engine issue also caused me to pop the hiod which then i noticed that the strut or compressed rod that helps retain the hood open is not working, when i lift the hood it doesnt stay up. Theres also couple other small issues like the clip that holds the sunvisor in place on the passenger side is broken and the spray that shoots out the windshield cleaner fluid on the passenger side doesnt work either. These are issues i would of expected from a tote the note type dealership not from a Audi dealership. Needless to say ive already spoken to Audi and theyve been great and now have an appointment to have their service department inspect and do the repairs on thursday. So for now i can just give a 3 star rating. But if and when they repair my concerns then they can be a full 5 stars. In the meantime they have also offered to extend the 5 day return policy seeing as the car has quite a few issues popping up.ill keep you all posted.

Overall, I had a great experience in purchasing a vehicle from here. The speed of the process from from walking in the door and walking out with a new car was crazy fast - 1hr (we did some pre-negotiations over email).

Go to Mckinney worth the drive. Disrespected multiple times because I don't look and act like a rich person. Also service dept offers little help compared to Mckinney.

I went to Audi Plano after visiting another local area Audi dealer who didn't seem like they wanted to do business. From my initial inquiry, Luis, Andrew, and the rest of the team were responsive and helpful. They understood my situation and worked with me to get me into anew vehicle. Would highly recommend, so much so, that we are considering purchasing another vehicle from there in the very near future.

Audi made my oil change visit enjoyable! They were extremely courteous, on time, and let me drive A6 as a loaner, which I enjoyed. All around, I feel like you get what you paid for. Job well done, Audi!

Quick service for minor maintenance work, and all questions answered quickly. Love the video texted from the mechanic concerning everything he checked and advised the shape my car is in.

Stay away from the service department. They first sell you insurance that was supposed to cover bumper to bumper but then every visit they say only partially covered service and you have to pay most of it. I asked to speak to service manager and he is not available. This is the worst customer service from a premium dealership

Bryan was my service rep. He and the team was quick in response and the service. I am also impressed with the kind of feedback loop thats created from the point you drop off the car for service. Awesome Audi Plano and their crew!

Tracy did a wonderful job helping us select the car we were looking for at a reasonable price. He explained all the details on the car and made the shopping process pleasant and easy for us.

I have purchased TWO Audi vehicles from Audi Plano. NEVER AGAIN! Both times, I mistakenly agreed to pay FAR more than necessary. That's MY fault. My last car had an issue that they agreed to IN WRITING to resolve and they DID NOT. They lied. Lied and argued. The bigger problem however is their USELESS service department. Morons. Monkeys with rocks and sticks. So, if you can get past the lying sales department and the useless service, you'll be ok. My guess is that this is all because it's just an AutoNation franchise instead of a legitimate Audi store, but that's just my speculation. The results are the same; a waste of money.

It was a great experience buying my first car here. Very organized from the time I contacted them online to handing over the keys. Joe Peer is the sales person with lots of experience and suggests you many tips and techniques for maintaining the car in a good condition. I would definitely suggest Audi Plano if any one wants to buy an Audi in Dallas area.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Had previously tried to get a car at another big dealer but they just wasting my time for two days, then came across this dealership in Plano and I was in and out with an amazing car (an even better car than the other dealership) right in the price range and monthly payments that I wanted. They are very polite and are very excited about selling you the perfect car. The best part is that their finance people are just as helpful and polite. Will surely be going back for my next vehicle.
