Very nice customer service from all the staff over there. They were professional in dealing with customer with competitive prices compared to other dealers.

I had located the car on the Internet and had to depend on the sales staff to accurately describe the car for me. I worked with Marcio and he helped me use FaceTime on our phones to look in every detail of the car. Marcio did a wonderful job job for forwarding me all of the information including the Carfax and made arrangements to have a car pick me up at the airport. The car was in better condition than I could have ever imagined and the entire sales experience was very satisfying thank you Marcio for doing such a wonderful job. Marcio also checked up on me to make sure I got home OK.

Cost of tires were 20% more than Discount Tire. Audi Plano sent me a 10% Off email, which was only going to be honored IF I had brought it to their attention.stop sending me emails if the offer isn't automatic (coincidentally I had just rec'd it 2 days prior so I was fortunate to remember it!). On a bright note, Mike, Service Adviser, was a champ!

I was going to be buying a brz from here but After reading all of these reviews i would never step foot here because they seem to not take care of the vechiles

Service department is obsolete please restaff, worst audi service experience, please save yourself a hassle, and go to audi mckinney!

Service department is always polite and informative. Service manager David and Service Tech Bryan were both great on my last visit as well. Enjoy doing business with this Audi location has always been pleasant.

Bought A6, was told some services were hundred percent covered and I left the car at the dealership, someone called later and said it will be $1200 for the services that I was told were free. They bring you to a point where it seems like you dont have a choice, basically a trap!

What a great group of people. Didn't have an appointment and car was acting unusual took to Audi Plano and was immediately taken care of. Justin was awesome and helped me get my car fixed in a timely manner. I was well informed every step of the way even when he was out of town getting married. Just above and beyond ystomer service and would highly recommend. Car came back practically brand new and without any issues after. Thanks again Justin and everyone involved behind the scenes.

I used the online sale for Autonation to price and purchase my new Q7. Marcio was very helpful and worked will with me. He gave me a complete review on the car that will need more instruction as the vehicle is very complicated for a new learner. More time with the learning might have been helpful for more detailed items such as parking assist and driver navigation etc.but i do have the manual for those details and the Audi website has good videos to assist with those topics. I was at the dealership for over 4 hours to complete the entire trade in and purchase. If that had been less time i would have given them a 5 star. During that 11 am to 330 pm time. I should have left and gone to get lunch. I worked with Mr. Lawrence in the finance department to complete that portion of the transaction. That took a while as well to prepare the paperwork for out of state taxes/titles etc but overall he did a complete job.

My Experience was great! Met with Taylor and he was very friendly and professional. Very patient with all my questions and everything went very smoothly.
Would highly recommend them.
