I've been living here with my kids and wife. We are very comfortable here. Compared to other apartments I love it here. Safe most importantly.

My family has been staying here going on two years and i can say that we actually love it here. Office staff are always very friendly and any issue they will go out thier way to fix it. I feel safe here as well, you dont see people hanging out!

Mattie and Kazee are absolutely wonderful! Their customer service exceeded my expectations above and beyond. After a recently awful experience as an apartment tenant, I was dreadful about the idea of moving into another apartment. But these two ladies took exceptional care of me, they patiently listened to my concerns, and they helped me lease an apartment unit that was perfect for my family. Their personalities are very welcoming and their professionalism is superb! I am very thankful to have encountered and worked with Mattie and Kazee! The apartments are quietly located in a convenient area providing access to a variety of eateries, shopping, and entertainment. If you're looking to find a new home, these two ladies will take great care of you. Tell them Sidney referred you.

Poor Maintenance, take months before they even come and fix simple repairs. Family suffered in heat this past summer for nearly 3 months. Currently having plumbing issues that have not been fixed going on a month. If I could give no star I would.
