Austin Subaru

We have visited a LOT of dealerships over the last year and even as an Audi owner, the only 2 dealerships in Austin where you’re treated like a human being (and even pampered a bit) are Porsche Austin and Austin Subaru. It’s wild how much better this dealer is than basically any other, and I’d frankly switch back to Subaru just to have the dealer and service experience you get from these dedicated folks. It’s clear they build lifelong customer relationships… we’ve been working with Roger there for 9 years and can’t say enough good things about him or Austin Subaru in general.

My experiences with Austin Subaru have been really positive. I definitely recommend this dealership. If you are in for some work consider walking next door to Desano's Pizza for a beer and some pizza.

I placed a $500 deposit to reserve the 2022 outback i wanted which has not arrived yet, the sales person said it is refundable, but when i called the sales manager Lucas, to see if the outback had arrived, he states that the deposit i made is nonrefundable. I personally do not recommend this dealership for taking my $500 for doing nothing.i have not seen nor do i want to buy my outback at this dealership. Their double talking has left me to mistrust this dealership. I will definitely not buy my outback at this dealership.

Amazing dealership. Dropped off my wife’s Forrester for service. Outstanding customer service and they take really good care of their customers. It almost made me want to buy a Subaru.

Richard was absolutely fantastic.friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy, FUN, a great sense of humor! He worked diligently to find the car, color & interior that I wanted and stayed in constant contact. I appreciated the extra time Richard spent showing me all the bells & whistles after we'd sealed the deal, syncing my phone & garage door opener, and just not making me feel rushed.as if he had all day to sit there & chat with me. That's the kind of person I want to go back to again and again. I feel totally comfortable calling if I need to, and that's a pretty huge deal when it comes to your car! Thank you, Richard, & everyone who helped with the process of getting my new Subaru Outback! I'm already enjoying the smooth drive, the feeling of total safety, the fun tech stuff, and most especially, my sunglasses holder! (Richard gets this.) ;D

Jake is the best salesman i have ever had at a dealership. The price on the truck was amazing and it was a very great experience.

Christian Perez has always gone above and beyond for myself and my wife. He is always personable and always has an answer for any questions we may have. We both drive the Subaru Legacy and we love being apart of Austin Subaru. We are glad Christian is there.

Buying at this is dealership was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it. Chris did a phenomenal job. He was up front, honest and genuine. Having spent years in sales myself, I especially commend him and I greatly appreciated his approach. If there was a negative for me, I would’ve liked to have been able to pay, at least in part, using bitcoin, but other than that, it was amazing!

Went with a friend, wouldn't let us test drive. There was the usual pressure sales tactics "this car might not be here tomorrow you should reserve today", artificial scarcity, etc.etc. What got me though is that I wanted to test drive a WRX after my friend test drove another car, since he can't drive stick, but the salesman said, "Oh I'm confused are you buying two cars today? Well it's 6: 30 and we close at 7 so let's just go inside and talk numbers. ". What? The WRX is the one my friend really wanted, why not let us drive it?

The best decision, Subaru exceed expectations, treat me and my car like royalty. Great service, committed to my satisfaction.

Had a near seamless buying experience as a someone who was coming in from DFW. Brittany Nelson helped me out from the moment I saw my new car online to sitting in it with keys in hand shortly after.

Had a great buying experience with Ray and am now enjoying my 2018 Crosstrek! The people at Austin Subaru were great during the whole process and always made you feel welcome and that they weren't out to give you the standard 'shady' dealership experience. I recently bought a Toyota and while it too is a great car, the whole experience was everything you expect in a dealership (slow, tedious, and at every step you weren't sure if you were getting the truth from the dealership). Austin Subaru was nothing like that. The experience was very positive and I feel like both parties did well from the sale. I would highly recommend Austin Subaru (and Ray particularly) to anyone looking for a Subaru in the Austin area!

Went in for recall airbag replacement, and it was ready faster than expected, when they returned my car the fuse to the cigarette lighter had been blown. They replaced it, but instead of explaining or apologizing, they tried to blame it on what I had (and have had for more than a year) plugged into it.

Best dealership experience I've ever had. All the folks were great, especially my sales rep, Jake Kavanaugh.
