Austin Subaru

My wife and I shopped at another Subaru dealer in the area on a past Outback purchase and this time we shopped at Austin Subaru on our recent Outback purchase. I would strongly suggest to stay with Austin Subaru.

Our sales rep was Jake Stevens. A+. Easy going person to deal with and was not a shark trolling the waters for his next kill. LOL! He was very pleasant, excellent communicator, very knowledgeable on the car, puts you at ease and is not pressing you to purchase. Overall a very genuine person.you the man Jake!

Stephanie Auld.was our finance lady and she was a gem to work with. She was very pleasant to talk with, easy going and felt very at ease with her. We did not get pressed to get something we did not want.keep up the great work Stephanie.

Stetson (yes.like the hat) was helping on the accessories and we liked him a lot.friendly, gave us the info and did not press us on buying a bunch of extras.

We had a trade in and I did two online inquiries to see the trade in value. Austin Subaru gave us what the market said our vehicle was worth and did not try to jack us on the price. They gave us a good deal on the 2018 Outback and they do value cash buyers folks.

I brought my Subaru in for its 6 mo/6,000 mile maintenance and was helped by David. He was great, kept me updated and let me know how everything was looking and what they had done when they were finished. I didn’t have to wait too long and was able to bring my dog along with me. And they gave him cookies up at the front! Thanks you guys, you’re awesome and keep up the good work!

I had a flat tire on a new set of tires (only 4k miles). The Express Service team patched it - took over 1.5 hours - and couldn't get my 42k oil change done before I had to go for an appointment. I left rather unhappy since the price quoted for a replacement tire was very high. About five min after I left, without any request from me, Tony called me directly and offered me a great deal on a new tire. I made a plan to come back in a few days to get the 42k service and new tire.

But after my appointment the patched tire was flat again! I called Tony (4pm). He said come in, I've got your tire ready. I came in. Tony changed my tire himself to speed things up and the 42k service was performed - all in about an hour!

I was so thankful for the ownership and responsibility both Tony and Joseph showed me.

Tony (tire sales lead) and Joseph Martinez (service adviser) bent over backwards to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I'll be buying my next set of tires (and next Subaru) from Austin Subaru because of Tony and Joseph's service.
