Great customer service. Michael Polidori knew the exact problem I was experiencing when described over the phone. My car was repaired in the estimated time frame. This was my first time to utilize their service dept, but I will be back for maintenance moving forward.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Over the last few years I have purchased four cars from them, two, just this month. There are no high pressure sales, shady tactic, or games played here. The no haggle pricing on used vehicles take all of the stress out of buying, and the buy back guarantee is legit. Salesperson Mr. Caleb Brown is about the most sincere and friendly person that you will ever meet in the business, and General Manager Balal Rauf, is a true professional and a man of his word. I have been taking my Acura to this dealership for six years. I have always used Bud as my service contact and he has always taken fantastic care of me. My car is a 2010 and still runs great due to the care that the team has shown over the years.
AutoNation Acura has been my go-to service station for years, after having some bad experiences elsewhere. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The waiting area is clean and inviting, but you can always peruse the showroom without a hassle. Bud, is my service advisor. He’s extremely courteous, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and professional all at one time. It’s always a positive experience.
I purchased a brand new 2018 MDX two months ago, they couldn’t find the second key, headphones, manuals and other things the day I purchased the car, their excuse was that they had just brought the car from another dealership and promised to bring it to my home in the next couple of days. I have had to stay on top of them and visit the dealership twice now to get the keys (6 weeks later) and headphones and still waiting on the books because “they haven’t arrived”. My biggest disappointment is that I have had to keep asking for an update.you are an Acura dealership, how hard can it be for you to order parts and a manual?
Great Car buying experience. Worked with Roger and Dustin and both were awesome. The dealership has an awesome service dept too. This is our second Acura MDX from there.
Bought a 2017 TLX from here. However the battery died after 1.5 years (about 17k miles). On checking with the service department, they said battery will die every two years because of the electronics in the car. Well, that does not happen with all the cars. Definitely, there is something that causing the drainage of the battery and they were reluctant to diagnose and fix that. I really liked the Acura brand of cars, but this experience definitely does not give me the confidence to buy the next car from Acura.
