No bad experiences so far. I've been an owner of a 2014 Acura ILX since 2013. Coming in for regular service and maintenance has been a breeze. They have a comfortable waiting area with snacks and refreshments always available, and the friendliness of the staff and especially all the service guys and gals have been a positive experience for me everytime. Love my car too!
As always for the past 5 years, Mark Meadows, my service manager, does a outstanding job explaining and managing the maintenance on my MDX and RDX. I would buy there again because the service is really good, on time and professional.
