28I buy all my parts here I just wish they would give store credit cuz I have a lot of new returns
This was my first encounter with David. I must say he goes above and beyond what was expected of him! He is a people person for sure! I will definitely be back to get more stuff for my truck!
I always have great service at this Auto Parts there's stocked with what I'm looking for and there is usually no wait
Part was not ordered now I have to wait four more days. Then the guy said it wasn't on warranty lies. Of course it was another mistake. This is why hubby likes O'Reilly's now I know why.
David gave me a great example especially that I'm a female and clueless about cars. He even went above and beyond and put my front light in my truck. Most of all he immediately blessed my daughter upon meeting us when we walked in. Best wishes and god bless David here in Texas.
Only lady working there did not helped me at all. I was waiting for testing and 20 min later I see her having a smoking break. I asked, Is anyone going to help me? She quickly explained that "someone" was going to help me. I didnt know whether to laugh or be mad.
Worst customer service ever, they don't even know there own product and are not willing to help you when you have a problem.
Employees have no clue which parts you need, usebthe website first putnin allnof your info and find all the part numbers you need before your trip because they give the wrong parts 99% of the time.
I stop at a lot of auto places sometimes they know what they r doing other times I wonder y they work there
Went after lunch hour rush. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. Installed my windshield wipers and even took the time to show me how they should be installed.
Stopped by quickly for some coolant & was quickly assisted. Their employee was very patient and answered every one of my questions. Got everything I needed.
Pretty helpful staff and nice selection, the cashier kept forgetting things though and it added unnecessary waiting time
After a purchase went wrong they exchanged my knife no questions asked these guys are great they also come out to help you with your vehicle, should you have a difficult cap to open for putting oil in.
Takes way to long every time I attempt to go get anything, it seems like there's only 1 or 2 people working, they're rude, lazy i asked for a part & guy at the counter looked it up & then tells me we don't have it, but shows there's 3 in stock.
Awful, waited 30 minutes at checkout while male employee was outside flirting with two girls and the female employee was laughing on the phone the entire time ignoring the line of customers waiting for help. Four people behind me in line put their items back and left the store because they were tired of waiting.
ALWAYS the same story " I forgot to place the order for your car part" IDK why I keep coming back. SMH.
I go there for non essential items like antenna's, oil, brake lights etc. For Auto parts I go elsewhere.
Very poor quality parts. The parts that you get from here are worse than the parts you're trying to exchange them with such as brake rotors. For just one clear example.
I've also found that most of the employees think that they work for NASCAR and have quite a bit of a chip on their shoulder.
I've also had a lot of difficulty trying to exchange or return things the Mickey D's of Auto Parts.
Unfortunately I have to go to another AUTOZONE because the male employee couldn't use my AUTOZONE handbook Coupon.
