Unfortunately competence and diligence suffer even with the help of computers, probably due do the fact that there is so much information to so many car models.

Worst customer service when I called twice since this was my closest location.was left on the phone for over five minutes before I hung up and called another auto zone that answered & helped!

The staff was friendly, but worked inefficiently to help customers. Wait time was very long, then the store didn't even list the part that was in stock at O'Reilly's.

I needed a battery for my car. Inside, they seemed a little under staffed, but it was around lunch time. Got the battery, they let me use the tools to replace it, but didnt offer to replace it for me. Still, i was in and out pretty quick.

Always packed and only 1 employee working so you can't go in here if you don't have a full hour to burn. Also, if you dont speak Spanish you might wait 30+ minutes in line to find out the guy can't understand you. Backwards as hell. Plus, I've had the ones who do speak english sell me the wrong parts 2 separate times. Done with this location for sure. Oreilys is far better

Clerk had no idea of part name, I had old part, thus he couldn't look up. From what l am experiencing lately, unless you're familiar with what you are looking for, auto zone employees won't have a clue

Ten minutes till close and the best professional service I've seen in a long time customer service skills 100%!

Great attention to detail. They make sure your getting everything you need to get the work done with out having to come back for additional parts.
