Avondale Parc @ Bellmar Apartments, Dallas TX

I’ve been a resident here at Avondale Parc @Bellmar since 2016. I literally moved in the day after I was discharged from the hospital after having twins. I’ve never had any issues with any of the residents or the leasing staff. The leasing staff has always gone above and beyond to help me (Jinni, Elisa, Priscilla, just to name a few) they are always very understanding. I communicate mainly with Elisa and she’s always prompt in responding to my emails. She is sweet, patient and definitely a great asset to the company. I enjoy the monthly community events they have as well which are kid friendly, I find it a great way to meet your neighbors.

Elisa has helped me with all 3 of my move-in experiences at Belmar! She is lovely to work with, so caring and patient. I will always recommend her! Great asset to the company!

Great place to live, very quiet and clean. I never see any neighbors, everyone minds their business. The complex is very safe. No complaints on my end. I live on the third floor. Our trash is always picked up early. Perla was very helpful.

I’ve been living here a little over 2 yrs. I have no complaints, my experience here has been great with the complex and the staff. Whenever I have any questions or concerns they’re always there to take care of it. They’re always pleasant and provide great customer service. Perla is always very helpful when I come and /or call. (It just so happens when I come in shes always the one to assists me) I love their community events every month. That’s a great way to meet your neighbors.
