Baptist M&S Imaging Center Medical Center, San Antonio TX

My wife had to have imaging done, and while it was great we were able to get an appointment on Sunday we have been continually harassed for a bill that was paid 3 months ago. If you like getting jerked around after paying your bill then you are dealing with the right people.

Wait time to get registered was well over 30 minutes, patients were sitting on the floor. Staff at reception were friendly but too busy. Left to another location and was attended to much faster.

All 4 times me and my wife have used them they were running an hour or more behind. Also staff is rude and insensitive.

I read the reviews right before driving to my appointment and prepared for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised that everything went so well. My appointment was on a Monday at 10am and my wait was not longer than 20 min and the staff was so friendly and professional. Great experience.

I waited maybe an additional 10 minutes before they took me back for my ultrasound. Not too bad, but staff could be friendlier. Also, they said I'd have my results by Tuesday and it's going on end of day Wednesday and I still haven't heard back.
