If you want to be ignored and treated like a junkie, go here. I was injured in a car accident with significant whiplash injuries and was prescribed over the counter tylenol. I'm still injured after two ER visits. I had to return a second time because of insignificant treatments offered. This after my so called doctor took a personal phone call when explaining my x-rays and never returned. I was given my discharge papers and have been in severe pain ever since.

Ok! First off shout out Nurses Keedrea, Shanta' and Jason! Awesome job so far! Also I can't forget Matt. I've been well taken care of by all staff and all techs. Every employee that has entered my room is awesome! Thanks for all the care and love you show each and everyday! Now I have a problem with the socks that are issued. They do not accommodate swollen are large feet. Bariatric footsies should be available for patients.

I can't express how awful experience i had with this hospital. My drs office send me a letter from this hospital to go to 2nd floor for delivery and this is not a month schedule appointment it was just within 3 4 days. I went to 2nd floor the lady send me right back down for registration.when i went to registration the reception did not even entertain and when i ask her she was said i had to go 3rd floor. This is my day of surgery and they made me walk up and down for checking in without any wheelchair assistance. After my surgery when i was consiouse I realized my room was very congested and small. My supplies where pilled on the counter which was falling on the floor.the trash was not pick up for 2 days which I was there. When I asked assistance for my baby the MA said they are not supposed to assist withe the baby. I had a c-section I had had time standing could even use the restroom and this is my next day of my surgery and I don’t know what the MA was expecting from me to keep getting out of my bed to assist my baby? There was no microwave to heat up food nor refrigerator to store. When your hospital cannot provide decent meals at least have these facilities. I had to voluntarily discharge myself from this hospital. I did not even take shower with the awful towels which were piled on the counter and kept falling off on the floor. The bathroom was never cleaned so my disposed was just pilling up in the bathroom. I avoided my family to visit me. I did not see this kind of treatment even in a third world country. I was embarrassed to have visitors over. Awful hospital will never ever recommend any any one to go. I warned even my friend not to go next month for delivery to this hospital. I would only give this star to Sarah the only nurse who was very helpful during the time of my stay.

I am a nurse and I had to go to the ER recently and I understand that they were very busy but they were not professional at all. They treated me like a person seeking pain meds. I don't take any medication. The nurse that Drew my blood and gave me the iv dog around in my vein even though it was right on the very top the tourniquet was tied way to tie a had to beg her to take it off they left me in the room for hours without any attendance after I had called the nurse 4 to 5 times. I was practically in tears asking for water they would not give me water which I understand they have to do that for a reason but they found out that everything was okay so they should have given me water two people came in from registration and did the same job over like they worth no communication going on and the doctor next to the room that I was in I heard that the patient had flu be as loud as possible my door was shut and I still heard that and also there was blood stains on the floor

They two lady's at the front desk of the er in the morning are very rude I have been in the waiting room for 5 hours. They tried to take blood in both hands when I told the nurse they get it from my arms. It hurts so bad n my veins swollen up. She called another nurse in to take my blood n she got it from my arm. Worst hospital ever and they charge you an arm and a leg smh

My mom got great care here, but i am being hassled by a provider because insurance information was not passed to them. The provider cannot be reached by phone. I have attempted to mail them the info as well. Century integrated partners is terrible, and baylor should have provided insurance info so they would be paid in full. I hate being theeated on my moms behalf, and she has sadly passed away.

Don't come here. Just don't. Unless you're LITERALLY DYING I warn you. Everyone is slow absolutely no sense of urgency. My5- year-old daughter here three people have mentioned her wheezing and they did x-rays first? Why? !

Asked for blankets. Nope. Trashy hospital full of careless staff. Do Not Come Here.

Worst place ever. People are so rude. They don't even know the meaning of customer service or just being courteous.

I took my fiancee there yesterday the 3rd time in a week nurses and drs had been kind the first two trips but there was a lab tech sunday named Jimmy W.that was a complete ass jerk who shouldn't be working with any patients at all he had absolutely no compassion at all everything was a good experience except for him and one overnight nurse earlier in the week that was loud and took personal phone calls in my fiancees room

The cost for an ER visit at this hospital is ridiculous. I have insurance and still am constantly receiving bill after bill from this hospital. They will find anyway to charge you for things you do not need. It shouldn’t cost $10,000 for an ER visit. I went because I had a hernia on my stomach that had gotten swollen and was very painful. I was given an IV and given an abdominal scan, written a prescription for pain, and discharged by the doctor with no life threatening illness. Weeks later I receive a bill for almost $3000 in which my insurance had already paid $7000. Outside of this bill I am still receiving other separate bills. I honestly am not going to pay the bills. I attempted to apply for financial assistance and was turned down because I’m not poor enough.

Just recently had a baby and being first mother I was nervous and scared. The nurses and doctors we're amazing! Walking me through everything ensuring me that everything was going to be ok! Had to go through a c-section and the whole surgery process was a breeze, my baby came out perfect and safe, I was recovering great. The compassion and care the staff had was amazing! Helping me learn to breast feed and how to care for my baby. Thank you to all who made this whole process amazing! Happy I have my baby boy home and well taken care of!

I just delivered here this past weekend 11/11/17.this was my second time delivering at this hospital. My first time was an amazing experience. This time was pretty disappointing. Labor and delivery was fine the nurses there were kind and helpful.they seemed new and needed help from more experienced nurses but that was fine. Also Dr. O'niel was amazing!

Now as for the post partum unit.the nurses seemed annoyed and didn't come to check on me much. Luckily I didn't need it. The room was horrible extremely small and cramped. The bed they had me on barley fit in there. The baby gift shop was closed! They didn't offer newborn birth announcements this time. They're renovating so I had to wait for the extremely small room I was given. The food was good, but I'm not a picky eater. I wish I would have done another hospital tour this time around, if I had I would have definitely delivered at a different hospital this time.
