Baystone Apartments, Webster TX

The staff here is just as nice as the apartments themselves are! Tristen, who showed us the apartment, was very informational and genuine, as is the manager Janae Stephens! Any issues I've had have been taken care of immediately and with genuine kindness/patience. I highly recommend Baystone to anyone and everyone!

The faculty and staff is super nice and helpful! Jenae and Tristan are great! The apartment is nice and spacious for the price. If you have any problems with anything needing fixing or any roaches or anything they take care of it and stay on top of it. The only problems I’ve had with these apartments is the parking and how it costs 30 bucks a month to get a spot guaranteed close to your apartment. I also don’t like how we have to buy a laundry card to use the laundry facility and the price of the machines. It seems like a tax but other than that it’s great. This is my first time renting out an apartment and I’m glad this is the place I chose to rent from!

As always, the gentleman who responded came within minutes of my call, was courteous, very polite and corrected the issue I had in a matter of just minutes! This place is so amazing! I Plan on living here in a couple weeks. The office staff was so warm and fun! It only took a few minutes before we were constantly laughing and having a great time. I have a friend that lives here and i love coming to visit his apartment so much so i decided I decided I wanted to live here as well. Handsdown have never been this excited for an Apartment!

I have lived here for only a month and I have to say I'm impressed, its a nice complex. I recommend seeing Tristen in the office he can get you into an apartment fast and efficiently.

I recently toured this facility and to my surprise it was very nice despite all of the negative reviews. Tristen greeted us with respect and kindness the entire tour. We will definitely be back when the unit we want is available!

My girlfriend lives here. It is INFESTED with roaches in the living room, dining room and kitchen area. Exterminators come but still the roaches appear in clusters behind furniture and book shelves. Her house is very clean. I think it may be the apartment she’s in. Her neighbors apartment is disgusting. Hopefully management will allow her to relocate to another apartment if she will have to find a way out of the lease.

I went apartment hunting with a friend aseach of us were looking for separate apartents in the same area. The leasing agent let us know she had nothing available, but gave us info on the units we were inquiring on.
I ask her to lend me a pen, just to write was she was saying. She threw it on the desk near my hand. I was amazed at her rudeness and lack of basic manners. If this is how they treat people, I don't recommend it and pity those who live there.

I have been living here for about 3 months now and it has been such a great relief to live somewhere that the staff and management make the tenants their first priority. Whenever I have had anything that needed to be fixed or looked at the staff was very quick and efficient at taking care of it.

The staff showed excellent customer service. Ally was very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. I will definitely recommend to my friends looking for an apartment to come talk to her.

I have been living here for four years. The staff is awesome and very attentive. They are making the property a better place to live. The only con about the place is the residents do not pick up their dog poop, which I think they should get a little strict on for sanitary reasons.

The staff here is so friendly I've yet to have run across a bad experience here. We are undergoing renovations but I personally love what they are doing to make our community look better. The gates have been closed and management has been in constant communication with us letting us know they are trying to keep it safe here. I really would recommend this property to anyone looking, me and my family can't wait for more years here at Baystone.

The staff here is very friendly. My brother lives here and I came in to get information on possibly renting an apartment soon. I spoke to a nice girl named Alycia in the office. She was very friendly and informative. She took me on a tour of the complex and showed me all the amenities and was able to describe in detail how the bills work which I hadn't had experience with before. I noticed a lot of work being done to the complex but I can appreciate it because I can see all the improvements they're making. The pool looks wonderful and very appealing! The apartments are well size and the bedrooms are bigger than I expected. The tour was very great and the service was spectacular, I will definitely be back soon and refer family and friends as well!

I live at the Baystone and I can tell you the staff is snotty and uppity, they don’t want any child on the premises without a parent supervising them that’s under 18,
The apartments lean, meaning when you want from your bedroom into the living room you’re going downhill and I live upstairs so imagine with the bottom apartments are like
They are horrible with maintenance.
Don’t let the brief tour they give you fool you as to what lies in store for you when you move in They are very nice when you signed the lease but once you move in you can’t get anything done.
The apartment complex floods the apartments on the bottom level flood then they don’t come and fix anything

Great location! Close to everything! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew is great and addresses work orders in a timely manner. The interior of the apartments are clean and appealing to the eye. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful. There are a lot of children, so it can get a little noisy at times, but if you have kids, this is a great place to be because they will have lots of kids to play with. This is a gated complex and I have no safety concerns being here. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great property! I have lived here for almost 5 years and have never had any issues. The maintenance staff is great and always attends to emergency's in a timely manner. The maintenance supervisor is always very courteous and respectful and makes sure everything is finished the right way before leaving. Office staff is wonderful! They are quick to answer any questions I have and make sure the property is a safe place for my family.
